I went to Arrigo RAM in Fort Pierce January 4 for Service met with Richard Pagan discussed with him the service needed for my truck. He was very open very happy very motivated. You don’t see that in a lot of places for service I asked questions he answered them.He was more than willing to go out of his way to help me at the end with the service he got me out of the lobby and asked me if everything was OK after he reviewed everything and walked me to my truck and thank me for his service. This is the second time I’ve been and Richard happen to be the writer the second time as well There’s not enough good things to say about Richard and his attitude. He’s a very positive outgoing guy and represents the dealership very well

Wow Wow and Wow !!! So Flo Customs conducts most of their business out of state, for this reason I wasn't going to buy a car sight unseen. I did a pop up (from MD) and from the time I entered the Dealership I was treated like Royalty, just like I was family. Bought a used vehicle Jake was great, finance man John was top notch! It took them a while to come down to my offer but we got there. I didn’t budge because I was offering them asking price ($26,900) and they were starting at $38,000 with all kinds of add-ons. They did make me a great deal in the end and the asking price was fair, would have rated 5 stars except for having to negotiate back to the asking price. John in finance is simply top notch and does you right. They fueled the vehicle and washed before we left. Will go again and give them another chance. This was not our first time trying to purchase from them but it was the first time we made a deal.
