I have two Mercedes products, a Sprinter Van built out as a "class B" (van conversion) RV and a Metris passenger van, purchased from this dealer. My most recent experience was with my Sprinter van (a 2010 model) that had troubles with "glow plugs" (a device in the engine that pre-heats the cylinders for starting in colder weather -- this mostly reduces "smoking" from the diesel engine when it is not yet warmed up). The service department was able to quickly read the codes and verify the problem, and then replaced the necessary parts in about 3 hours (appointment was made ahead of time). Since I have to travel nearly 2 hours driving time to reach this dealer, their promptness and attention was well appreciated. (As for my Metris, it's a wonderful van -- every thing the 1969 VW "bus" I once had should have been! I was treated fairly during negotiations -- and the dealership did a good job obtaining a model that closely met my desires in less than a week. -- I could have placed an order for a specific set of requirements "from the factory", but then the wait might have been 2 or 3 months...)
