First, we had given up on Roseville Honda because of many negative experiences. However, our Accord air conditioner started acting up and we have a heat wave this week. Auburn couldn't take us so I called Honda Roseville. We got a friendly prompt appointment on the phone for yesterday, same day! We arrived early and the gentleman who came out to get us in line and set us up was a really nice guy (forgot his name). We were assigned to Randy who had NO ATTITUDE, just took real good care of us and was also really nice/friendly/professional. While we were waiting we took the opportunity to start the conversation about a possible upgrade to our 2004 (get some info, etc). Gabe took us on a test drive, sat with us, gave us information, answered our questions like a human relating to other humans (none of the wait here while so & so comes to talk to you - ultimately starting over with about 3 or 4 different people who come back instead of the one we were previously talking with, wondering what the heck is going on and wasting our time). We will follow up with him. Back to Randy to get our car. He was terrific/great energy right to the end - sense of humor, smile, authentically interested in making sure we got well taken care of along with the car. Everything transparent/explained. We even got an unexpected car wash! The air conditioner is better than new. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR A COMPLETE 180 AND A REALLY GREAT EXPERIENCE AT ROSEVILLE HONDA! Hope you keep this quality going. (Regards questions below, we had previously not recommended you, and we did purchase a used Accord there , but several years ago)

My old car was my third minivan in 15 years. Now that my kids are older and leaving for college, I wanted something that could carry 6 or 7 passengers but was ... well... NOT a minivan. I did some research on late model used three-row SUVs, and found the 2017 Nissan Pathfinder. (My favorite of my three vans was a 2005 Nissan Quest, so choosing Nissan was easy for me.) Before I started browsing for cars, I applied for credit through Carvana, and was approved. Next, I entered in all of the information about the van I was trading for the Pathfinder. (Beware -- the trade-in amount is only good for 7 days, and it can change wildly in that time!) I was pleased with the trade amount, and it was great that I could shop for my new car and see my down payment and monthly payment for every car I viewed! My specifications were pretty clear -- AWD, less than 10,000 miles, and never a rental car. I found my dream car a few days later, and started the purchase process. It was quite smooth and the directions were very clear about what documents need to be uploaded. When I went to click on "finalize purchase" (or something like that), a red flag popped up...my trade-in value expired WHILE I WAS IN THE PROCESS OF CHECKING OUT! I got on chat with Carvana staff right away, and they were able to return the trade in value to NEARLY what it was before the expiration. This is something that needs to be addressed by Carvana -- once a customer is to a certain point in the process, those numbers need to be frozen. So we set a delivery time, and the Carvana rep was pretty much on time considering he was traveling 70 miles or so from the Chicago office. Everything was smooth -- signed a couple more papers, took my Pathfinder for a spin, Eric inspected my trade, and I left within 30 minutes with my new car. I would also like to add that I drove directly to my mechanic, so he could inspect the car and make sure I wasn't buying something with hidden damage. In the couple years I've owned my Dodge Charger, I've had it serviced at two different dealers., AutoNation Dodge and the Hyundai dealer where I bought it as a used car. Having to get some recall work done on it required that I take it to the Dodge dealer instead of the Hyundai dealer. It was also due for some scheduled maintenance, which I decided to have taken care of. When the service rep., Jake T. drew up the service order, I knew that there were some items on it that I had taken care of at the other dealer. I just wasn't sure which ones they were. Jake was kind enough to call the other dealer's service department and update the record, saving me almost $800 in redundant services. Thanks Jake!

I will never buy any vehicle from another salesperson... Brian Kelsven, was extremely well knowledgeable of all the electronics, all kinds of "bells and whistles", and did a phenomenal delivery of the truck to me. Buying a car is stressful even if you have a lot of experience. Historically, it has been time consuming, emotionally taxing and most of us go into a dealership with far less knowledge than we ought for a purchase of the magnitude of a car. Salespeople have (understandable) pressures to move inventory and even the most fair-minded is looking to get the highest price they can get away with. It is harrowing at best. With my experience with Carvana, all of these stresses were eliminated. I browsed inventory as widely or narrowly as I wanted, for as long as I needed. I could dictate pricing ranges that were suitable for me. The car I received was *exactly* the car I examined online, right down to some inconsequential bumper scuffs. Beyond this, and *absolutely unlike* any other online business, I could speak to a *real human being* within a few minutes of calling (I had six or seven conversations with Carvana agents over the 3 1/2 weeks from car selection to car receipt). They either had the answers at hand, or researched them and replied promptly with a follow up call. Delivery coordination and drop off (and test drive) were *painless no pressure* experiences???all preparatory contract paperwork was prepared in advance leaving only title transfer stuff to take care of. It took 45 minutes, tops. (I transacted entirely in cash, so I cannot speak to the process when there is financing.) Honestly, the biggest delay was on *my* end getting the insurance transferred (having to wait on hold with my insurance company for 15 minutes). The car was 100% was described???absolutely no surprises. The images on the web site for my car were not stock images. What I saw was what I got. Naturally, it was clean, filled up with a full tank, with new tires and the whole nine yards. Even got a ???free??? Carvana reusable coffee cup and key chain. Nice touch. The part that I found the most extraordinary was the 7-day money-back guarantee, which pretty much covers a change of mind unless you get into an accident or drive it a ton (over 400 miles, and even then, they???ll take it back after a modest per-mile-over-400 charge). All in all, I was dreading buying a car (and selling my used one) and Carvana made it pleasurable. I am absolutely recommending them to all of my friends and coworkers and I hope (as a relatively new company) they keep up the excellent work.

My husband told me about Carvana from a commercial ad he heard/saw. I laughed about it and said 'yah right, there's gotta be a hitch somewhere'. A few weeks later, he brought up Carvana again....curious, I decided to check it out online. The key words there was 'check it out'. I ended up buying a vehicle a couple hours later. Yeup, it was just like that. No hassle, no hidden costs or agendas. So after reviewing everything on the site, I started looking at minivans....I started falling in love with minivans....I started buying minivans....all through carvana. Once I locked in the one I wanted, I went through the credit process, documentation process, and pick up date (I chose pick up - because at this point, I still felt a little 'leary' about the whole deal'. It was so simple, and so honest, and so real. Over the course of the next 24 hours, all my submitted documents were approved and we just had two days to go to pick up the new mininvan. When we got to the store, it's not like a dealership with a lot, but it had three beautiful, well lit, very clean, showroom like bays that your vehicle is sitting in for your to do a complete inspection of it. It was very classy. Please note, our particular location does not have the car vending machine just yet. After passing our over check, I hopped in the car and drove it 65 miles home. She ran like a charm and I knew I had 7 days to decide if I wanted to keep her not. At day 3, although I loved her, she didn't have all the bells and whistles I truly wanted so that evening, I was back on the Carvana site, shopping for a replacement minivan....it's so easy to do when it gives you results based on your financial settings....I found the new 'her' a few hours later. I ordered her up and made the quick call explaining I was swapping and chose to have the vehicle delivered instead of going there to save time. The whole swap process took 2 days...they pulled up right to my house with my next new minivan. In my eyes, she was perfect, but I found a flaw before she was even off the truck. There was a huge bolt in the back tire. I was so disappointed. But Carvana took care of that so amazingly over the top.....they still brought her off the truck so I can check out the interior, test drive it, etc. We found a few more things that we felt should be fixed...minor things. Carvana took note of the items, and took the vehicle back on the truck but promised me (because I really wanted her that day) they would bring her back with a new tire....they kept their promise, three hours later she was back with a brand new tire, not one, but TWO brand new back tires. And they put an extra Carvana cup in the car for me. They swapped the minivans and off the old one went and there I sat with the new one. Smile ear to ear. I worked with Carvana on 6 items that we believed needed repair before committing to keep the vehicle. Carvana went above and beyond. I got an estimate for the repairs at a local shop, Carvana approved it, and within a few weeks, all repairs were completed through Carvana and I have the perfect vehicle, no hassle, no hidden agendas. And every person I dealt with on the phone or in person were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, AND JUST THE BEST!! My Carvana experience was the absolute best. I will never go back to buying a car the old 'car dealership' way. And ironically, we had bought our other vehicle from a dealership just 3 months before being introduced to Carvana. I will give one warning about buying a vehicle through Carvana this way....it can be addicting..lol :-) Yes, I still shop Carvana cars every now and then....I don't even need a car, I just love seeing what Carvana has because it was sooo simple :-) Thank you Carvana for a trememdously wonderful experience.

Took negotiating, when we didn't come to a concences. Ryan kept me updated on price changes. He took the time to reach out and find a mutual price we were both pleased with. Extra convenience that not many dealership would offer was to deliver my car and bring the trade back to them. They offered this service to me at no additional charge even though I lived 450 miles from dealership. Whole process when driver arrived took 30 min. I would highly recommend this dealership. Great delivery driver. I love my car just what I was looking for. A+++
Went in for an oil change. They couldn't have been any friendlier. Went to waiting area until my ride would arrive. Wi-if was available, free bottled water, TV, coffee, and vending machines. Salesman (Larry) was very friendly as I looked at a few showroom cars. Surprisingly, they called me that my car was done before my ride arrived! Not only was it finished, but they had washed it, too!
When I went to pay - they told me about their 4 X Oil Change Special - it was barely any costlier than 1 oil change!
The folks at Larry Roesch went above and beyond to make sure that I was happy and that my car looked great. They took extra time to touch up extra marks. It's practically like a brand new car!
The follow up was great and the car was delivered early :)
