I purchased my Jeep here & the service levels have always been great. Everyone is professsional & is quick to help. I brought the Jeep in for an oil change (which was covered under warranty) & asked for a tire rotation which was a little pricey ($29) & to change the air filter ($50!). $50 for an air filter change is too much for a product that costs $18 and took me, someone with an average level of car exp, around 15 minutes to change it myself. Which I happily did. Main point is that I would absolutely return to purchase another vehicle here in the future but once the warranty expires y???all have to have competitive prices for me to bring the Jeep for normal maintenance service. I get it, your a dealership, but maybe some costs need to be reviewed/adjusted in order to bring in more regular maintenance customers.

From my 2007 Cummins Diesel through the 2009, 2012 (RAM Big Horn 1500s) and my current 2015 RAM Power Wagon, I have found it extremely difficult to find satisfactory Service for a Power Wagon in Fulton, DeKalb, Cobb or Gwinnett. However, Heather Kratky and Darrell Wilson have a solid Tech Crew that can work on my RAM Power Wagon unlike the dealership I purchased it. Though the Power Wagon is tricky to work on, I highly recommend Hendrick Dodge, Jeep, RAM of Duluth for great service in Metro Atlanta above the other 4 dealerships I have paid my money.
My sales Rep Marcus Ridley was beyond awesome. I'm picky and indecisive, he was extremely patient & knowledgeable about his job. I would definitely recommend folks here. Service has gotten a lot better, Darnell Peeples & Melvin also assisted with my purchase and the team is just attentive and welcoming. Thanks Ed Voyles ¿¿

I have to applaud Nancy in the Service Department for taking away so much stress off my shoulders. She was extremely transparent with her communication with what was the issue with my car. Nancy handled everything with my extended warranty. This experience was actually one of the best I've had at a dealership period. I like the fact she didn't BS around and take advantage, rather she was honest and forthcoming with what I can expect. Great experience :)
Steven was an amazing salesman. The second we got out of our car he was there ,seemed to be on a break eating an icy ...which he dropped immediately and helped us . The process was smooth and he kept us informed all the way . The only thing I would improve on is getting into the final stage of signing ( we waited over 2 hours ). But overall great experience. And we purchased a Dodg Challenger Scat Pack 👍🏻. Good job Steven !

This is my second vehicle purchased from Vroom in the last 12 months, and I can't imagine ever buying a used car from a brick-and-mortar dealership again. Vroom offers a terrific selection of late model used vehicles. The pictures really make it easy to know what the car looks like. I purchased a 2015 BMW 5-series, and the Vroom price compared to a similar make/model/mileage vehicle from CarMax was $3,000+ cheaper. I selected my vehicle over a few weeks of looking at photos. I filled out a credit application online, and they immediately called me to finalize the app, discuss rates and payments, and to get my $500 deposit. I received a loan package via FedEx 2 days later, signed all the paperwork, and sent it back in the pre-paid FedEx envelope they provided. About 3 days later, I started getting emails to schedule delivery. The process only took 9 business days from the moment I made the deposit to the moment I got my vehicle. Hello. I have a 2007 Chevy Cobalt. It's rated a Consumer Reports WORST BUY! I've been waiting for the darn thing to die for a few years now. I heard what the mechanic called a "squeegee" noise when I was steering so I took my car in knowing that Cobalts have power steering issues. The inspection of my car was extremely thorough and the explanation of the problem was excellent. There was no charge for the inspection and diagnosis of my issue as no official labor was required. While I am disappointed that my cobalt is still running fine, I am very impressed with the service I received. Please keep in mind that I initially called the service department where I purchased the Cobalt but they did not respond to my message. I will be back to Lambert to purchase from Jim Sdono some time in the near future.
Shopping for a ‘new’ used car can be fun or stressful. Plan on spending time on this because it is a lot of money spent in the end. Bob was the Internet salesperson we dealt with. He was friendly and went out of his way to assist us. He was busy with another family searching for the perfect car match too. He let us take a test drive by ourselves. He gave us alone time to confer. When the looking and buying process was taking a long time, he recommended a place to eat. Yummy! In the end, the paper work was accomplished efficiently. We drove home with our new used vehicle and were pleased with the process. Thanks!

My husband told me about Carvana from a commercial ad he heard/saw. I laughed about it and said 'yah right, there's gotta be a hitch somewhere'. A few weeks later, he brought up Carvana again....curious, I decided to check it out online. The key words there was 'check it out'. I ended up buying a vehicle a couple hours later. Yeup, it was just like that. No hassle, no hidden costs or agendas. So after reviewing everything on the site, I started looking at minivans....I started falling in love with minivans....I started buying minivans....all through carvana. Once I locked in the one I wanted, I went through the credit process, documentation process, and pick up date (I chose pick up - because at this point, I still felt a little 'leary' about the whole deal'. It was so simple, and so honest, and so real. Over the course of the next 24 hours, all my submitted documents were approved and we just had two days to go to pick up the new mininvan. When we got to the store, it's not like a dealership with a lot, but it had three beautiful, well lit, very clean, showroom like bays that your vehicle is sitting in for your to do a complete inspection of it. It was very classy. Please note, our particular location does not have the car vending machine just yet. After passing our over check, I hopped in the car and drove it 65 miles home. She ran like a charm and I knew I had 7 days to decide if I wanted to keep her not. At day 3, although I loved her, she didn't have all the bells and whistles I truly wanted so that evening, I was back on the Carvana site, shopping for a replacement minivan....it's so easy to do when it gives you results based on your financial settings....I found the new 'her' a few hours later. I ordered her up and made the quick call explaining I was swapping and chose to have the vehicle delivered instead of going there to save time. The whole swap process took 2 days...they pulled up right to my house with my next new minivan. In my eyes, she was perfect, but I found a flaw before she was even off the truck. There was a huge bolt in the back tire. I was so disappointed. But Carvana took care of that so amazingly over the top.....they still brought her off the truck so I can check out the interior, test drive it, etc. We found a few more things that we felt should be fixed...minor things. Carvana took note of the items, and took the vehicle back on the truck but promised me (because I really wanted her that day) they would bring her back with a new tire....they kept their promise, three hours later she was back with a brand new tire, not one, but TWO brand new back tires. And they put an extra Carvana cup in the car for me. They swapped the minivans and off the old one went and there I sat with the new one. Smile ear to ear. I worked with Carvana on 6 items that we believed needed repair before committing to keep the vehicle. Carvana went above and beyond. I got an estimate for the repairs at a local shop, Carvana approved it, and within a few weeks, all repairs were completed through Carvana and I have the perfect vehicle, no hassle, no hidden agendas. And every person I dealt with on the phone or in person were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, AND JUST THE BEST!! My Carvana experience was the absolute best. I will never go back to buying a car the old 'car dealership' way. And ironically, we had bought our other vehicle from a dealership just 3 months before being introduced to Carvana. I will give one warning about buying a vehicle through Carvana this way....it can be addicting..lol :-) Yes, I still shop Carvana cars every now and then....I don't even need a car, I just love seeing what Carvana has because it was sooo simple :-) Thank you Carvana for a trememdously wonderful experience.
I came into Onion Creek on a Saturday morning, needing to potentially get my locking lug-nuts removed. After talking with the (exceptionally friendly and helpful) Service Writer, he was able to provide me with a better total price, quality of product (new tires), and overall service experience (including getting me "in and out the door") faster than the "nationally-known tire provider" could.
I've found my new favorite VW dealership (and service center!). When it comes time to trade in my CC on a new VW, I know where I'm coming!

We have now purchased our second new vehicle from Jeff Belzer's Lakeville. After purchasing a new Dodge Charger in 2014 and being extremely happy with how we were treated and the deal we got, when it was time to look for another new vehicle (a Kia Niro - a VERY different vehicle than the Charger!) we checked with Jeff Belzer's again. Their price on the Niro couldn't be beat, was $1700+ better than the dealer 30 miles from us and make the 3 hour drive from Iowa quite worthwhile. Our salesman, Bob Burke, was very helpful, responsive and all around great to work with. We essentially outlined a deal via e-mail and Bob and the team at Jeff Belzer's didn't waiver from it when we arrived. We'll be back!

Although Saturday's are busy, I enjoyed not being bothered while looking and had to wait 2 hours to speak with someone. That was great because I needed the time, my salesman was professional and informative as were some of the other staff I ran into. Will continue to use CarMax for sure
We have bought a few cars from Chuck. He really knows what he is doing and is the best in town! He worked hard to make sure we were able to get our truck at an awesome price. He not only took care of us, he was awesome with helping keeping my kids entertained while we were trying to make a deal. Highly recommend Chuck to anyone!
Service reps are friendly and empathetic. From what I can tell, they try not to sell you on service or parts. I have three Jeeps, and all have been serviced with oil changes and recalls. The diagnostic fee seems higher than I'm used too if you need something checked out. Overall, I've had a good feeling with the dealer.
