Shopping for a ‘new’ used car can be fun or stressful. Plan on spending time on this because it is a lot of money spent in the end. Bob was the Internet salesperson we dealt with. He was friendly and went out of his way to assist us. He was busy with another family searching for the perfect car match too. He let us take a test drive by ourselves. He gave us alone time to confer. When the looking and buying process was taking a long time, he recommended a place to eat. Yummy! In the end, the paper work was accomplished efficiently. We drove home with our new used vehicle and were pleased with the process. Thanks!
3 months after buying an 06 Jeep Grand Cherokee, I was hit and my Jeep was totaled. I was so upset and didn???t think with my horrible credit I???d ever be approved to finance a vehicle but, after speaking with Kelly over the phone I decided to take a chance and to visit her at the dealership. Best decision I???ve ever made. Kelly was beyond patient with me and answered all of my questions. She went out of her way to show me multiple vehicles. As a ???car dummy???, she not only helped me find a car that I never thought could be mine but, she educated me as well. This was my first time buying a car and just so happened to be on my birthday! I drove home a beautiful 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee (with a bonus $50 gift card!). I had an absolute amazing experience and would recommend them to anyone looking for a vehicle!!!

My heart dropped when my jeep broke down on vacation, July 4th week. I had AAA tow it to the closest jeep dealer and prayed for the best. I called and let them know it was on its way, they told me they were short staffed due to the holiday but they would try to work me in. I don't know if they heard the panic in my voice, they had it in and out in a day. I have never dealt with this dealership before this, so all I can say is Thank you to the service department you guys are awesome.
I came into Onion Creek on a Saturday morning, needing to potentially get my locking lug-nuts removed. After talking with the (exceptionally friendly and helpful) Service Writer, he was able to provide me with a better total price, quality of product (new tires), and overall service experience (including getting me "in and out the door") faster than the "nationally-known tire provider" could.

My old car was my third minivan in 15 years. Now that my kids are older and leaving for college, I wanted something that could carry 6 or 7 passengers but was ... well... NOT a minivan. I did some research on late model used three-row SUVs, and found the 2017 Nissan Pathfinder. (My favorite of my three vans was a 2005 Nissan Quest, so choosing Nissan was easy for me.) Before I started browsing for cars, I applied for credit through Carvana, and was approved. Next, I entered in all of the information about the van I was trading for the Pathfinder. (Beware -- the trade-in amount is only good for 7 days, and it can change wildly in that time!) I was pleased with the trade amount, and it was great that I could shop for my new car and see my down payment and monthly payment for every car I viewed! My specifications were pretty clear -- AWD, less than 10,000 miles, and never a rental car. I found my dream car a few days later, and started the purchase process. It was quite smooth and the directions were very clear about what documents need to be uploaded. When I went to click on "finalize purchase" (or something like that), a red flag popped up...my trade-in value expired WHILE I WAS IN THE PROCESS OF CHECKING OUT! I got on chat with Carvana staff right away, and they were able to return the trade in value to NEARLY what it was before the expiration. This is something that needs to be addressed by Carvana -- once a customer is to a certain point in the process, those numbers need to be frozen. So we set a delivery time, and the Carvana rep was pretty much on time considering he was traveling 70 miles or so from the Chicago office. Everything was smooth -- signed a couple more papers, took my Pathfinder for a spin, Eric inspected my trade, and I left within 30 minutes with my new car. I would also like to add that I drove directly to my mechanic, so he could inspect the car and make sure I wasn't buying something with hidden damage. Service reps are friendly and empathetic. From what I can tell, they try not to sell you on service or parts. I have three Jeeps, and all have been serviced with oil changes and recalls. The diagnostic fee seems higher than I'm used too if you need something checked out. Overall, I've had a good feeling with the dealer.
