My 22 year old daughter was in Texas about 15 hours away from home and was trying to come home when the axle on her jeep patriot broke...of course she started freaking out cuz she didn't know anyone and had no where to go...chrysler towed her car to this dealership and they had told her since it was Friday afternoon and about to close that it would he tuesday before they could look at her vehicle so if course she calls me (her mother) freaking out more...i call the dealership and first speak with damon and explain the situation and he assures me they will take care of her..they gave her a loaner right away to be ablento get to a hotel...theu look at her vehicle right away on Saturday and go pick up the axle she needed from somewhere else...colton was the advisor that has to deal with my not so patient daughter...he made sure that she got back on the road that afternoon...thank you for helping a stranded young lady so she could come home..
Competitive pricing. I checked out pricing from other avenues as well as your pricing for this service. What I needed, you were very competitive with pricing, so much I also added service to my time with you and ended up spending more money with you because your prices are competitive. Otherwise all of that service and money would've gone to a different company.
Great service, but I???m disappointed in that my battery failed after 7 months of a 30 month warranty. The dealer replaced the battery at no cost excepting a labor charge of $25. Since the battery was defective and I paid for the initial installation,I feel this to be unfair. It was a GM battery under warranty and I should not reasonably anticipate incurring a labor expense on a virtually new battery. I???m a long time customer and enjoy the relative comradely of a long-time relationship. It???s a wonderful service department. I???ll likely be a customer until I no longer can operate a vehicle. My daughter and son-in-law bought 2 cars from Patrick Brown. My daughter knew our lease on another make/dealer was coming to an end. She recommended PATRICK and he was unbelievable. Extremely professional and responsive. As a result, we bought a 2016 Traverse from Patrick and Pelligrino. The service and everyone besides Patrick have been "world class" and made the buying experience the best we have ever had.
When I entered The guest service area, I was greeted warmly by Ms. Barrett. She set the tone for my car shopping experience. Ms. Barrett was professional and genuine. She maintained eye contact, and had a smile at all times. The area she kept, was well stocked, and I could tell she took pride and felt a great responsibility to make sure that every customer in the store was equally cared for. I have been to many dealerships. I have never experienced the level of polish and professionalism Ms. Barrett portrays. I feel she has set the bar high, and that other dealerships could learn a thing or two from her. I will be purchasing a vehicle soon. Ms.Barrett has given Depaula the edge over the competition. I will be returning next month with check in hand.
I was recently shopping around for a new lease. I stopped by Executive Nissan to see Stephanie. She was extremely knowledgeable about each of the SUV's I was interested in, and very helpful during the whole process. As she knew I was not sure exactly what I wanted, and was looking around - she was not pushy at all. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a new car to go see Stephanie!
Drove an hour from home with somewhat low expectations that we would end up driving away from the dealership with the actual car that I had been looking at. I had been researching car purchases for weeks - it's been 11 years since I actually purchased a brand new car - and was really going there with the intention of buying a pre-owned. Before heading down there - I had communicated with Mark Rossi - in the Internet Sales Dept - and told him I was interested in 2 specific Durango's - one was new and one was pre-owned. We set up a time/day to come down but there was no pressure from him. Thank you, Mark! When we arrived at the *complex* (because it really is) - we were *FLOORED* - never expecting such a sight because - let's face it - it's in the "boonies"! Mendon is beautiful - really - but still - the boonies! We were so pleasantly surprised to see that this was a state of the art complex - each Dealership is specifically decorated with a theme(i.e. Ford is the "music hall of fame") and all are gorgeous and immaculate. They even have their own diner - the Miss Mendon!! WOW - was that a treat!! We had lunch on them (our Salesman gave us a $25.00 coupon for lunch while were waiting for our numbers to be worked out) and that was awesome - the food is great - service excellent and friendly! That Diner is also spectacular and lovingly cared for - it's so obvious. As we walked through the property we saw all these other amazing amenities on site - car wash/detailing, rental and much more. We worked with a young salesman - who could not have been more professional - Tim Stein. For a gentleman just recently graduated from college - he is mature beyond his years and definitely headed in the right direction, He didn't miss a beat and dealt with our anxiety about this car purchase with good humor (thanks, Tim - I know we were probably a pain in the *ss!!), He really did try to give us the best options available and make sure we understood that difference between the pre-owned and the new in terms of pricing/payments and what the reality of what our trade was going to bring us but even with that he accepted the fact that we wanted to try to negotiate it anyway (we were unfortunately upside down on the trade....). In the end - we got a brand new 2017 Dodge Durango - it's actually the car of my dreams!! For the financing part of it - we ended up having to walk next door to work with Imperial Ford's Finance Manager - Kim Jacques - I wrote a separate review for her on the Imperial Ford Dealer - she is, hands down, the best finance manager in the business! I could not be happier - but I do expect to be driving it for a *long* time - lol!! It may have been more money - but the experience in and of itself - was really the *best* car buying experience I have had in my lifetime - and my husband can say the same. We have purchased many cars over the years and dealt with unethical dealers (hence the upside down trade...) and were very leery going into this purchase. I can safely say that we won't ever go anywhere else again to buy a new car. My husband is also a Dodge owner (Ram Truck) and he intends to go to Imperial to purchase a new truck from them in a year or so and we fully expect that we will get the same excellent treatment and deal. It was well worth the one hour drive - and now I look forward to driving to the beautiful little town of Mendon! Thanks, Tim, Mark, Kim and Imperial!

My car was totaled in an accident two months ago and finally I caved and went to get a new one. I got into the dealership about 2 and realized it was the 4th of July! Dwayne wouldn't hear a word of me leaving without a car that day. He went through to show me cars that would fit my needs and not a penny over budget. If I looked at a car that he knew wouldn't be right, like too many miles or something like that, he explained to me why not. Not once did I feel pushed or rushed in any way (but lucky for him I was quick anyway). Finally we got me into something that worked for me and had me out before 4. Dwayne is amazing and absolutely no sales B.S. I would recommend him to anyone looking to buy a vehicle.
I bought my 2017 Ram 1500 on 3/31/2017... Sam DelBrocco was the most outstanding sales professional I ever came across. He was very kind and willing to help. I will never buy any vehicle from another salesperson... Brian Kelsven, was extremely well knowledgeable of all the electronics, all kinds of "bells and whistles", and did a phenomenal delivery of the truck to me. My Entire Experience was Awesome!!!, From my salesman "Sam DelBrocco" to the sales manager Rick Lipowski, to my Finance Officer "Steven" to Brian Kelsven - who explained me all the functions of the truck, to Pam the receptionist, all the way to the Owner - Don Luke -, whom I met in person and we chat for a while.... We traded our 2015 GMC Sierra 2500 HD SLT in for a 2018 Dodge Charger 392 Hemi Scat Pack. This vehicle will rock your world and then some!! This is the second Jeep Wrangler I purchased from Larry Miller Jeep in Surprise. I initially did not come to this dealership to purchase my Wrangler. I ordered one from Larry Miller Jeep in Avondale which is closer to my house. I went there to pick it up last Friday night and was low-balled on my trade. I called up Larry Millse Miller Jeep in Surprise and spoke with Cody on the phone and he said to come on in. I'm glad I did. They ended up giving me $3,000 more for my trade then the other dealership. We found a Wrangler that was pretty close to what I had ordered. Brandon was my salesman and Cody and Scott were helping him out to make sure the deal was put together right. The General Manager Glen stepped up on my trade to make this deal happen. He did the same about 5 years ago when I bought my 2013 Wrangler from them. The atmosphere at this dealership is the way a dealership should be. You feel good when you walk in and are treated very nicely . They do business the right way, with respect, honesty, integrity, and ethics. I also had a great experience in the finance department. They gave me a great rate were able to get me in and out pretty quickly. I will never go anywhere else again and try to buy a Wrangler. I learned my lesson.

Service reps are friendly and empathetic. From what I can tell, they try not to sell you on service or parts. I have three Jeeps, and all have been serviced with oil changes and recalls. The diagnostic fee seems higher than I'm used too if you need something checked out. Overall, I've had a good feeling with the dealer.
