My family has been purchasing vehicles at Carl Burger Dodge since 1978. I returned there 3 yrs ago and purchased a 2012 Challenger - which was an awesome experience. 2 weeks ago I went to just look at the new Ram 2500 and 3500 Diesel trucks. I found THE ONE that I fell head over heels for. I wanted to sell my Challenger and I also had a 04 F250 to put cash down on a truck. Sid listened to my situation, allowed me to test drive the truck I liked and test drive the 2500 Ram to compare the rides. Sid was knowledgeable about both trucks gave me pros and cons about each for the type of use I am going to use the truck for and was never pushy, deceitful or try to convince me I needed to purchasing "something". My husband was with me and suggested that we run some numbers to see how much I need to come up with to purchase the truck I was interested in. Sid's sales team - Garrett and Gary - worked with Sid and me, providing several options to choose from that would work for me when I decided to purchase this truck. Well, I was so excited that they LISTENED to my initial thought that I just wanted to get information first and come back to buy when I felt ready, were so easy to work with, provided me with excellent options after just a few questions that fit my specific situation without any high pressure sales techniques, deceiving number juggling or the 100 trips back and forth to the "manager" game. As my husband and I were discussing the options they provided (which we took our time) Sid was so kind and patient, offered us drinks, snacks, food and made us feel like we were long time friends. Sid and his sales team never made us fell like we were wasting their time if I walked out without buying that truck. After a reasonable amount of time Gary came back to our table to find out how we were doing, asked if we decided yet without any pressure, asked if we had questions, concerns, or counter offers. Again, I never felt like I was being pressured or that they were tag teaming me to convince me to buy the truck. My husband (which was also so awesome and wonderful with helping me make the best decision for me buying this new truck) and I weighed out the options and I picked the one that allowed me to say YES!!! and rang the hell out of that bell!! loll So THANK YOU SID!! You are awesome at your job!! Garret and Gary you too were AWESOME to work with and I thank you for all of your help! Thank you for not pressuring me or making me feel like I was wasting your time if I walked away and for all of the options you provided me to purchase my dream truck!! Last but not least is when I signed all the finance documents. Mike was very pleasant to work with as well. He also did not try to pressure me into purchasing all of the additional add on's (warranty, service stuff, etc.) He provided me with the information that was available and accepted the answers I gave without the guilt trip. He worked with me to so I could obtain financing thru my own bank because I felt it was more convenient for me. THANK YOU MIKE!! I would highly recommend Carl Burger Dodge for any vehicle purchase!!
