While on vacation in Dallas our '08 Buick Enclave's transmission failed. We ended up at Sewell Buick's service meeting with Whitney Pedergrass. She made a nervous and concerned out of towner feel like he had been a lifetime customer. She gave us a loaner and kept me informed on ever step of the process. We could not be happier for her assistance and the worked performed. If I lived in Dallas I would be Sewell customer.
This might sound crazy but I bought my jeep on the gut feeling I got when I talked with JEFF and Tim. I live in Nevada so shopping was done by photo only. These two guys took the time to look for what I wanted and then we were able to negotiate a deal. As a veteran on fixed income price was very important but quality was more. These guys took care of shipping and made the experience very pleasant. Not sure if I would recommend buying site unseen unless it's from these two outstanding individuals. Just purchased a 2016 Toyota Camry, beautiful car, love it! Andrew A., our salesperson, was great! Every step of the way he helped us get into the car we wanted, at the $ price we wanted. The process was really easy (I recommend going to their website first to fill out the 1 minute credit application, saves lots of time at the dealership) we arrived.. credit check, done... took our time test driving, done... picked the car we wanted, done... paid off our trade-in, done...got the financing, done... drove out in our new car, done! We cannot thank Andrew and all the team there enough for getting us into our first, NEW car as family. If your in the market for a car, you gotta go see them!
Outstanding! Courteous, professional, personable and simply the best car-buying experience I've had - - hands down. I purchased a 2018 Toyota Highlander at Reliable today and my sales consultant was Randy Tan. Randy is Top Shelf. After spending numerous hours over a few days, he had thoroughly answered my questions, competently demonstrated and explained the new tech features, and never pressured me about buying. Just the opposite - - I got the distinct sense that this guy was there to serve and work for me, and he truly did. I like subject matter experts who are up front, open, honest and straight forward with a passion for service, and Randy is just that. I did not purchase a vehicle from them because of an unexpected illness. Prior to this, over the span of a couple of weeks, we did agree on a price pending my visit and inspection. At the last minute I had to cancel my trip. They were very understanding and with all prior discussions very honest in representing the vehicle and very quick to respond to my initial inquiry as well as my questions. I will not hesitate to call them as soon as I am back on my feet!

Tyler Grant could not have made buying a new car any easier! I did NOT want to go through the process of buying a new car and had put the decision on hold for 3 years - with each time I started the process being cumbersome (dealing with other dealerships) I was not encouraged to move forward. Then I met Tyler... I came in at a recommendation through JR in the service department, early on a Saturday morning and immediately felt supported by Tyler to start the buying process. I knew what I wanted and Tyler made it HIS mission to find it for me. Then we were off for the test drive... it was love... As the owner of a 2005 Jeep I was already sold on the brand - but the models have changed a bit in 13 years. Tyler explained all the changes that Jeep had gone through and I felt more informed in my decision (even though I did not pass the Jeep trivia questions...lol). From the test drive to the financing Tyler was by my side the whole way - EVEN when another client of his came in to buy his new truck (3rd one from Tyler specifically) - Tyler never made me feel like he wasn't there to help if I needed it. When all was said and done Tyler and I made a deal to meet back up on Wednesday to pickup the new ride and off I drove in my 2005 dreaming of the new features in the 2018. SURPRISE - the guys at Troncalli made it THEIR mission to get me the car 4 days early! A quick text from Tyler 5 hours later started with "do you want to come get your new car today? :-)" We jumped up, drove up to Troncalli and there she was... Did I mention they close at 6pm and Tyler stayed after to go through all the bells and whistles on my particular model... 1.5 hrs after closing and he was still the perfect person to work with. Thank you Tyler... you made me not hate the process of buying a new car... still don't like paying for one, but I would work with you again in a HEARTBEAT. Thank you JR for the referral - I owe you.

I recently inquired about a 2017 Chrysler Pacifica Limited (CPO). I initially worked with Todd Phillips who provided great customer service. I told Todd exactly what I wanted and that I was very interested in buying the vehicle. Phillips had the only CPO Limited Edition within a 250 mile radius! After speaking with my wife, we agreed that this was the right choice/vehicle for us. I called the dealership back and was directed to Will Pardee. I told Will that I would like to put a deposit down on the vehicle to hold it for a week due to our crazy work schedule and my wife being 8 months pregnant. After going through a few possible scenarios, we went with his first recommendation. Will had offered to drive the vehicle from the dealership (Ocala) to us in St. Augustine. No strings attached. This was a first time buying a vehicle at home experience for me and my wife. To say the least, Will and his wife showed up to my door with the vehicle and all the paperwork. It looked even better than the 30 online photos. We did all the normal things: test drive, thorough inspection, going through all the latest technology, etc. And the paperwork time was cut in half because we submitted all of our information to Will in advance, so all the nauseating paperwork was done! A few signatures was all that was needed. Will was very professional and well organized. He responded to all of my emails and texts promptly and also took pictures of items that I inquired about. (Key fobs, remote controls and wireless headphones for U-Connect). Outstanding job Will! And what an incredible experience! Thank you!

First and foremost MAJOR thanks and credit to Mike Casey! Brought my 2013 Rubicon JKU in for an unusually rough ride (yes even for a Rubicon lol), I asked him about lifting it, went over some options together, he did some research and we decided on the 2.5 AEV lift. All of the original concerns were fixed, including they found another potential problem and took care of all that under my warranty. East hills installed my lift for a reasonable price and did a great job. This dealership is meticulous with quality and customer care, all done with a smile! I've been dealing with them now through 2 wranglers for almost 2 years and won't go anywhere else! I LOVE my lift! The ride is amazing and I couldn't be happier. Mike always goes above and beyond. He came in on his day off to be there when I picked it up to make sure all was well and I was happy. That's dedication! Usually purchase new cars but many friends suggested we look to Linders for a quality used car.
We were really impressed by the "no Pressure" sales man, Ron Stokoski.
He was knowledgeable about the stock in the area we were interested and showed us a wide variety to pick from.
After trying some out we selected a 2014 Lexus ES 350 and purchased it on the spot.
