When I entered The guest service area, I was greeted warmly by Ms. Barrett. She set the tone for my car shopping experience. Ms. Barrett was professional and genuine. She maintained eye contact, and had a smile at all times. The area she kept, was well stocked, and I could tell she took pride and felt a great responsibility to make sure that every customer in the store was equally cared for. I have been to many dealerships. I have never experienced the level of polish and professionalism Ms. Barrett portrays. I feel she has set the bar high, and that other dealerships could learn a thing or two from her. I will be purchasing a vehicle soon. Ms.Barrett has given Depaula the edge over the competition. I will be returning next month with check in hand.

Imagine having the dreaded "Check Engine" light blinking at you when you're 200 miles from home. That's what happened with my 2010 Dodge Challenger Rallye SE. It was Sunday night when the dreaded light appeared. The following Monday morning, at 7 .A.M. I limped into Glenbrook Dodge in Fort Wayne without an appointment. The cheery technician asked if I have a warranty (I did) and said, "We'll have a look for you." NOT ONE HOUR LATER...the technician came back and said an EGR valve needed to be replaced (for a $100 deductible), but that the car was safe to drive around town until my next payday. He also suggested cleaning the fuel injectors and throttle-body, which didn't seem unreasonable at 51,000 miles. When I returned for service, the friendly staff serviced my car and had me on the road within 3 hours or so. I drove back to Chicago and...wait for it...got 31 M.P.G. highway from my well-maintained V-6 Challenger. I'd buy a car from them or ESPECIALLY go back for service in a heartbeat!
We recently had to buy a newer car. We previously purchased a van from Douglas Dodge in Nov of 2015, so there was no question where we wanted to go to for our next vehicle. We worked with Dave Larue both times and we couldn't be more pleased! We have two outstanding vehicles that Dave sold to us and it was the best car buying experience each time! We highly recommend going to Douglas and working with Dave and the staff there!
Great service, but I???m disappointed in that my battery failed after 7 months of a 30 month warranty. The dealer replaced the battery at no cost excepting a labor charge of $25. Since the battery was defective and I paid for the initial installation,I feel this to be unfair. It was a GM battery under warranty and I should not reasonably anticipate incurring a labor expense on a virtually new battery. I???m a long time customer and enjoy the relative comradely of a long-time relationship. It???s a wonderful service department. I???ll likely be a customer until I no longer can operate a vehicle. My 22 year old daughter was in Texas about 15 hours away from home and was trying to come home when the axle on her jeep patriot broke...of course she started freaking out cuz she didn't know anyone and had no where to go...chrysler towed her car to this dealership and they had told her since it was Friday afternoon and about to close that it would he tuesday before they could look at her vehicle so if course she calls me (her mother) freaking out more...i call the dealership and first speak with damon and explain the situation and he assures me they will take care of her..they gave her a loaner right away to be ablento get to a hotel...theu look at her vehicle right away on Saturday and go pick up the axle she needed from somewhere else...colton was the advisor that has to deal with my not so patient daughter...he made sure that she got back on the road that afternoon...thank you for helping a stranded young lady so she could come home..

We traded our 2015 GMC Sierra 2500 HD SLT in for a 2018 Dodge Charger 392 Hemi Scat Pack. This vehicle will rock your world and then some!! Had and issue with my stereo. Made an appointment and took it in to have it looked at. My service rep was Justin Reed. He was very great right from the start. I purchased a Ford Fiesta hatchback from Peoria Ford and my last visit was not so pleasant, so I was a bit nervous about how it would go. Needless to say I was very pleasantly surprised. Justin took good care of me and made sure I knew what was going on the entire time. The waiting facilities were also good. The only criticism I have about that is they should sync their big screens so there isn't multiple audio signals. Too much to try and listen to. Luckily I brought my iPad and they have free wifi. Very pleasant experience all around mostly thanks to Justin. Thanx guys.
Service reps are friendly and empathetic. From what I can tell, they try not to sell you on service or parts. I have three Jeeps, and all have been serviced with oil changes and recalls. The diagnostic fee seems higher than I'm used too if you need something checked out. Overall, I've had a good feeling with the dealer.
Brought in my 2001 Toyota Tundra for service due to "Check Engine Light". I do not drive the vehicle much, and have put less than 7,000 miles since Oct 2015 (Total mileage is 99,500) . The service rep understood my concern about keeping the overall repair cost within reason due to the limited amount of driving. The essential repairs were performed, and I will keep an eye on the future areas identified.
