I just spoke with the service department about the airbag recall and he was so pleasant and helpful I needed to place a positive comment here. I bought my Magnum here and I did not feel I got a good deal but given how they responded to this recall so well, I would reconsider buying another car here. Good job, Chris. Just brought my wife's Jeep in for 1st service, service manager told me to sit at her desk, asked for my keys, drove my Jeep in and then came back to take all my information. She told me exactly what was going to happen & how long it would take, that's what I call service!! They are super friendly here!! Bruce
I was looking to sell my Canadian vehicle and went to CarSense Chester Springs for a quote on a Saturday. They gave me a quote and I mulled it over for a couple of days then returned on a Tuesday morning to sell. The process was almost complete when they realized that they would not be able to resell my vehicle wholesale to an auctioneer (because it's Canadian and still reads in km) which meant the vehicle was basically useless to them. I could tell the buyer and other sales associates felt bad, but they also felt that their hands were tied and they couldn't purchase the vehicle from me at a loss. What happened next was truly unexpected. After checking all of their options and determining that yes, it was true that they couldn't sell my car at anything near the value they would pay for it THEY TOLD ME THEY WOULD HONOR THEIR INITIAL QUOTE ANYWAY. And they did.
My situation is pretty specific (Canadian vehicle, unfortunate oversight made when pricing out my vehicle, etc.) but overall it demonstrates that this is a dealership with integrity and heart. "Auto dealer" and "classy" aren't terms typically uttered in the same sentence, but I can definitely say that CarSense is a dealership with class. I have already relayed my experienced to several people and I will continue to do so. I would highly recommend CarSense Chester Springs.

We recently had to buy a newer car. We previously purchased a van from Douglas Dodge in Nov of 2015, so there was no question where we wanted to go to for our next vehicle. Searched nationally for the perfect Fiat Spider 124 at a value price. Came across Douglas Dodge in Clinton, Illinois while sitting in the comfort of my Minnesota home (with snow still on the ground in April but thinking convertible anyway!). The car I was looking for is not easy to find. There were about 20 possibilities at dealerships throughout the country. I contacted Douglas Dodge and was fortunate to have been assigned a veteran sales pro there named Dave Lareau. He made my nervousness of maybe buying a car sight unseen in another state ease quickly. Dave was great and went so far as to pick me up at my hotel about 25 miles away so I could get to the dealership. Car was ready, pristine, gassed up and ready for me to drive it back to Minnesota. Dave got his atlas out and showed me how to get to the "river route". I spent the day putting my new little convertible sports car through the twisting turns along the Mississippi and just beat sundown as I pulled into my garage in Minnesota. Thanks so much to Dave and his team for making my car buying experience a memorable and enjoyable one. I also own Jeeps...and who knows...I might make the trip down again when its time to change those out since Douglas Dodge has quite an inventory of Wranglers, and since I am sure Dave will still be there.

I purchased my Jeep here & the service levels have always been great. Everyone is professsional & is quick to help. I brought the Jeep in for an oil change (which was covered under warranty) & asked for a tire rotation which was a little pricey ($29) & to change the air filter ($50!). $50 for an air filter change is too much for a product that costs $18 and took me, someone with an average level of car exp, around 15 minutes to change it myself. Which I happily did. Main point is that I would absolutely return to purchase another vehicle here in the future but once the warranty expires y???all have to have competitive prices for me to bring the Jeep for normal maintenance service. I get it, your a dealership, but maybe some costs need to be reviewed/adjusted in order to bring in more regular maintenance customers.
I could not have been more pleased with my recent experience of purchasing a vehicle at your dealership. .Victor Wiley and Scott Hanson were amazing as they went out of their way to make sure I was treated as a special customer. If everyone is treated this way, these 2 deserve a great deal of recognition. When I need another vehicle I will be sure to start my search at this dealership!! I am a caterer and on a Saturday morning I loaded my car with equipment to go set up a catering event only to find my battery had died overnight. Desperate I called on neighbors and family to give a jump start thinking that was all I needed. It took sometime but yea! it started. I was told by my neighbor who owns an auto repair shop to stop at O'Reilly and have the battery checked because the battery had not had enough time to completely charge. I stopped at O'Reilly's it was after 1pm now. They told me that my battery was ok but I needed a new alternator (WOW). Where can I have an alternator installed in my Kia Soul on Saturday at 1:30pm and I had to be at my event at 2pm. I asked the guy at O'Reilly's and he suggest Bob Sight Kia. I drove there hoping and praying that they were open, that they could help me, that they would understand what I was facing. I pulled into the service area and a young man name Robby Harmon walked up to help me. I told him my dilemma. He immediately calmed me down and explained they had a limited staff on Saturday but would do everything in his power to help me. He said regardless of what I was told they needed to do a diagnosis first. So he sent me to the waiting area while they began within a few minutes he called me over and said that my alternator was fine and that I had a dead cell in my battery and the battery needed to be replaced. They replaced it washed my vehicle and I was on my way by 2:05. I WILL BE BACK because they listened to my need and problem and then went to work to make it happen. I'm a female and have always been nervous about getting service because I don't understand cars and what it cost for service and feel like I may be taken advantage of! Robby Harmon changed that for me and yes I will be back for further service on my Kia Soul. Thanks Robby and Thanks Bob Sight Kia.

I had been searching nationwide for a specific set of options on the vehicle I was buying. I found it at a few other dealers, but after dealing with a total of 4 dealers and getting constant headaches, I was about ready to give up. Luckily I reached out to Hiley Acura and spoke with Jim Haas. He was extremely helpful, direct, and positive through the entire experience. MY bank had a few hiccups and Jim was more than willing to hep me work through all the issues we encountered. I would highly recommend him for any vehicle purchase. My only regret is that being near Chicago, I won't have the opportunity to shakes Jims hand. A sincere thanks and a positive review will have to do. Thanks again, Jim!
As far as I know, the repairs were done right but I am not a mechanic and have always trusted Bankston/AutoNation with my service. Southwest Ford did not stand behind their repeated dismissal of noises I was reporting on my Mustang convertible which left the steering column collapsed in my lap as I was just driving straight down the road at 55 mph. So, I went to Ford and THEY bought my 3 year old Limited Addition Mustang convertible back for $28,000 when Charlie Gilchrist was only willing to pay me $15,000 for a trade-in. That is why I come to Bankston/Autonation. Treat me right and I will be yours forever. Treat me wrong and the world will know about it! I guarantee you that!

Service reps are friendly and empathetic. From what I can tell, they try not to sell you on service or parts. I have three Jeeps, and all have been serviced with oil changes and recalls. The diagnostic fee seems higher than I'm used too if you need something checked out. Overall, I've had a good feeling with the dealer.
