When my trick wouldn't start they quickly found the issue and had a corrective action. The then found a coolant leak and a weak vacuum pump. They got the leak under warranty and worked with me on the vacuum pump. The truck is running great and stopping much better. I did not feel as if they were just looking for work that really did not need to be completed just to get more money.
I've been looking for a new camaro been looking everywhere checking everyone's cars out looking for the 1 that speaks to me... im a tad picky lol. Josef Holley at Landers chevrolet has been completely understanding & very helpful im sure eventually i will find the right car & it will be bought from Landers w his help thanks for keeping in touch!

Since Ryan and Louis returned, quality has returned to the Service Advisers Dept. I had stopped going to Friendly over the past year and a half or longer due to problems within the Service Dept....no one would answer the phone or return calls. NO ONE except the operator. Even recently when I called to schedule the extended warranted work (as result of letter received from GM Headquarters), when I stated the prior problems w/Friendly, the Friendly's rep was not actually friendly, even suggested I go elsewhere if I was unhappy., WTH?! I scheduled anyway online, and when I drove up and saw Ryan, I was sooo very happy. So happy to see Ryan re-employed and my service handled like a professional. Finally!
This might sound crazy but I bought my jeep on the gut feeling I got when I talked with JEFF and Tim. I live in Nevada so shopping was done by photo only. These two guys took the time to look for what I wanted and then we were able to negotiate a deal. As a veteran on fixed income price was very important but quality was more. These guys took care of shipping and made the experience very pleasant. Not sure if I would recommend buying site unseen unless it's from these two outstanding individuals. Very professional & relaxed environment. Salesmen were very respectful, personal and not pushy in any way. Would certainly do business with again and recommend to friends and family! The team also went above and beyond following up with companies to try to negotiate better finance rates without me even asking.
I am following this up with a letter to Jimmy Brafford. Both my wife and I have a combined experience of 70 years, working in customer service for two large organizations. I have watched Russ and how he interacts with his service team. He is right on track for directing, training and coaching a good service effort. As for my own experience, the best way I can explain it is that I trust Russ. Mechanical problems are difficult at best. Russ has demonstrated his ability to be approachable and responsive to my service needs.
I was involved with another dealership in a process of trading-in two vehicles for one. I was frustrated there but fortunately ended up working with the expert team at Gulf Auto Direct. They made what was turning into a complex transaction a pleasure! I was greeted by every member involved and every consideration to me as the customer was given. Rickey was easy going but informative and helpful. He communicated with me in a straight forward manner that I respected and showed that he respected me! The whole team did everything they said they would do and in a timely manner. It was impressive to see such team work dedicated to making my experience there exceptional. I am a believer in customer service and this places does more than deliver. Don't hesitate this is where you want to do bussiness--ask for Rickey.
Great service, but I???m disappointed in that my battery failed after 7 months of a 30 month warranty. The dealer replaced the battery at no cost excepting a labor charge of $25. Since the battery was defective and I paid for the initial installation,I feel this to be unfair. It was a GM battery under warranty and I should not reasonably anticipate incurring a labor expense on a virtually new battery. I???m a long time customer and enjoy the relative comradely of a long-time relationship. It???s a wonderful service department. I???ll likely be a customer until I no longer can operate a vehicle. Tyler Baker did such a great job showing and answering all our questions about the CC Executive that my wife and I decided to buy the car. Her professionalism and customer service was second to none. I was dreading the whole process. I hadn't purchased a new car in 10 years. Everyday someone would give me advice, "walk out", "know exactly what you want", "be prepared to go to 10 dealerships", "this is how you'll be spending every weekend for the next month".... I walked into Rockland jeep just wanting to compare the trunk space in the 2 and 4 door wranglers. Perry asked me if I needed help, I told him right off the bat I was not planning to make a move for at least a few days. Despite that, Perry walked me around the lot, showed me every single difference between each and every jeep they had in stock, and assured me if they didn't have what I wanted (when I was ready to make the move) he would do it. He took me out on test drives, looked for inventory in other stores, gave me his honest opinion, and negotiated in a very friendly, non agressive manner. I knew at that point that I wanted to buy a car from him and Rockland Jeep. He spent hours with me, and at the end of the day we made a "soft deal" on a 2016 wrangler Sahara unlimited. He told me to take my time and to let him know what I decided, no pressure. Perry introduced me to Jay the money man, who worked hard to get the best rate possible.There was no doubt in my mind when I got home that I was taking that deal. I called Jay on Tuesday to tell him let's go for it and on Wednesday I was on my way home in my new Sahara. I can honestly say Perry was just as excited as I was when he handed over the keys. It was an amazing experience. I truly felt like I was buying from a long time friend or family member. I will absolutely recommend Rockland Jeep to anyone who asks and point them towards Perry for all their vehicle needs. ths financial part (which lets be real, it's the worst) was not awful as Jay made it as quick and easy as possible. Their hard work, attention to detail, and non aggressive negotiating tactics earn them a 10! I will absolutely be back again!
My wife and I were on I-75 traveling south at 75 miles per hour when the water pump on our 2014 ram 3500 sheared off. This dropped the serpentine belt, and instantly eliminated our brakes and power steering. We managed to make it into a gas station to survey the damage. At this point, I'm thinking oh no, It's Saturday at 2 in the afternoon. To this date I have never had a positive experience at dealership; over charged, bad work, broken parts, etc. My wife started calling local dealerships. The first two did not even know their own locations in relation to where we where broken down. Additionally, they informed us, that perhaps they could get the truck fixed by mon or tues. Our last shot was Douglas Jeep Chrysler Dodge Ram. The service writer we spoke to said; no promises, but that he would try to get us fixed. We decided to tow the truck to Douglas. We didn't arrive until 3;15 in the rain. With no power steering and an 8000lb truck, they could not even get the vehicle into the bay. The tech said; no problem and went at it in the rain outside. To my utter amazement, they got the pump replaced, fluid refilled, codes cleared and everything checked by 5;00pm. All under warranty. This was by far my best experience, at any service facility, ever! Douglas Ram saved my weekend. They turned a possible 4 day nightmare into a mere 2 hour inconvenience. If I were int market for a new car and they were not the best price, I would still buy it from them because of this service. They were awesome, don't hesitate to use this dealership.

I have been taking my Z06 to your dealership for many years. The service department and specifically Steve Diaz-Drago is always available to guide me on a scheduled time of service and er gets my car fixed and out in expected time. I wouldn't take my prize possession to anyother Chevy Dealership.
