So I'd like to start with I know I probably was not the easiest client to deal with at times; but this team of people understood why I was so upset and frankly p*ssed off with the whole situation. They did not give up on my attitude or car. Anyone who purchases a car that is within the power train warranty always wonders why did this person trade in a 'perfectly good car'. Well, there is usually a reason for that. Upon test driving the vehicle and noticing an off noise but being told it was "normal" I rolled the dice that the power train would cover the off engine noise we noticed unless it was in fact supposed to sound that way. Which it wasn't (it does not make the sound from the the test drive since). Sure enough, before the first payment, the engine took a crap and gave me the panic of a lifetime. I had just made this huge purchase and now it will need a new engine? The whole point of purchasing a new or 1 owner car was to have a GOOD RELIABLE VEHICLE that I would not need to worry about for a while. Everyone worries that the larger components could and will fail right out the gate leaving you with a mount of repair bills and a xxx that is now a money pit. I called the dealership and explained what was happening and they were very understanding why I was upset with this. Melinda was able to get me lined out... eventually. It took a new engine and 3 new sensors I believe but she got it done. I did tell Melinda to please do not rush this. It's an engine. I work in service and understand not all your techs and do all your jobs. there's a reason each tech works on what they work on. And I get that. But when we were coming up on the 2 month mark it was getting frustrating. Not to mentino the rental. So I am finally about to come pick the car up. FINALLY. But upon taking delivery of the car, we didn't even make it home before the check engine light comes back. We JUST installed a new engine and a sensor ( sensors are picky and finicky it seems). Took it back immediately ( it was Saturday so I had it back Monday morning). They got me square away with the sensors however I believe Jim (who isn't here anymore to my understanding) was the advisor for that small ticket. This was when i believe we had to get 2 sensors taken care of. Then about 3 weeks later on the freeway all the sudden the transmission felt like it disengaged and a message about putting the car into neutral flashed up with the engine light. I lost it . I cried (we aren't even going to talk about the rental car/The most expensive cup of ranch incident ever -- but I'd be more than happy to hook Lauren and her dept. up with an awesome courtesy vehicle review). Was this ever going to end with this xxxx car? I called you guys up and was about 20 minutes away, upset, late to work at a new job, and pissed. But Lauren had the rental ready to go as this happened en route to work. Melinda was there and ready to run my codes as it appeared pretty serious at first glance. But come to find it was a loose battery terminal. The service department did in fact verify this thoroughly and did NOT charge me for the day of diag ( I did have a little under a full tank when I brought it that morning but was not even worried about that as long as I had the gas to get home and I did). I would absolutely recommend y'all to someone; if they will be treated the same if not better. Thanks everyone for putting up with me. working in service has made me learn a lot but also to expect nothing less than what I would let a customer's purchase roll like.

I can't say enough or say thank you enough to the World Ford service team.It was the first day of a week long vacation and we were excited with anticipation, looking forward to seeing family and having some great down time.The wife and I were headed to Florida from Louisiana when our 2002 Expedition developed an issue. it was mid-day and the folks at World Ford performed like a NASCAR pit crew to get us back on the road. It seems that our local dealer's tech had taken some short cuts when working on our vehicle and didn't reinstall one of the wiring harnesses properly. This permitted it to lay across the engine and melt insulation/short wires causing the "limp home mode" to engage. The World Ford team worked for a couple of hours and thought they'd have to wait until Monday (it was Saturday) for their transmission specialist to get in and have a look. They kindly arranged for us to be taken to a rental car agency for us to get a rental and while we were there we received a call from them that they'd found the problem and it would be fixed in about an hour. Seems the young man working on the problem wasn't satisfied and kept working the issue to get us back on the road. They did a very professional job repairing the problem and even took the time to provide us a short write-up on the workmanship our home dealer had performed. I was able to take this to the home dealer and get a full refund for the repairs. I really appreciate they're professionalism and interest in providing real service. If I ever move to Pensacola or I'm in the area and need service I know where I'll go.

My husband told me about Carvana from a commercial ad he heard/saw. I laughed about it and said 'yah right, there's gotta be a hitch somewhere'. A few weeks later, he brought up Carvana again....curious, I decided to check it out online. The key words there was 'check it out'. I ended up buying a vehicle a couple hours later. Yeup, it was just like that. No hassle, no hidden costs or agendas. So after reviewing everything on the site, I started looking at minivans....I started falling in love with minivans....I started buying minivans....all through carvana. Once I locked in the one I wanted, I went through the credit process, documentation process, and pick up date (I chose pick up - because at this point, I still felt a little 'leary' about the whole deal'. It was so simple, and so honest, and so real. Over the course of the next 24 hours, all my submitted documents were approved and we just had two days to go to pick up the new mininvan. When we got to the store, it's not like a dealership with a lot, but it had three beautiful, well lit, very clean, showroom like bays that your vehicle is sitting in for your to do a complete inspection of it. It was very classy. Please note, our particular location does not have the car vending machine just yet. After passing our over check, I hopped in the car and drove it 65 miles home. She ran like a charm and I knew I had 7 days to decide if I wanted to keep her not. At day 3, although I loved her, she didn't have all the bells and whistles I truly wanted so that evening, I was back on the Carvana site, shopping for a replacement minivan....it's so easy to do when it gives you results based on your financial settings....I found the new 'her' a few hours later. I ordered her up and made the quick call explaining I was swapping and chose to have the vehicle delivered instead of going there to save time. The whole swap process took 2 days...they pulled up right to my house with my next new minivan. In my eyes, she was perfect, but I found a flaw before she was even off the truck. There was a huge bolt in the back tire. I was so disappointed. But Carvana took care of that so amazingly over the top.....they still brought her off the truck so I can check out the interior, test drive it, etc. We found a few more things that we felt should be fixed...minor things. Carvana took note of the items, and took the vehicle back on the truck but promised me (because I really wanted her that day) they would bring her back with a new tire....they kept their promise, three hours later she was back with a brand new tire, not one, but TWO brand new back tires. And they put an extra Carvana cup in the car for me. They swapped the minivans and off the old one went and there I sat with the new one. Smile ear to ear. I worked with Carvana on 6 items that we believed needed repair before committing to keep the vehicle. Carvana went above and beyond. I got an estimate for the repairs at a local shop, Carvana approved it, and within a few weeks, all repairs were completed through Carvana and I have the perfect vehicle, no hassle, no hidden agendas. And every person I dealt with on the phone or in person were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, AND JUST THE BEST!! My Carvana experience was the absolute best. I will never go back to buying a car the old 'car dealership' way. And ironically, we had bought our other vehicle from a dealership just 3 months before being introduced to Carvana. I will give one warning about buying a vehicle through Carvana this way....it can be addicting..lol :-) Yes, I still shop Carvana cars every now and then....I don't even need a car, I just love seeing what Carvana has because it was sooo simple :-) Thank you Carvana for a trememdously wonderful experience.

Steven was an amazing salesman. The second we got out of our car he was there ,seemed to be on a break eating an icy ...which he dropped immediately and helped us . The process was smooth and he kept us informed all the way . The only thing I would improve on is getting into the final stage of signing ( we waited over 2 hours ). But overall great experience. Recently I purchased a 2016 F-150 with 12,500 miles form Lenz. I had been looking online for a few months. This truck had all the features I was looking for, 3.5 Ecoboost, bucket seats, all the bells and whistles, etc. I picked Zach off their site and dealt with him. He was great to deal with. We agreed on a number out the door as I was trading in a 2014 with 37,000 miles. I test drove it on the previous Saturday and told him I wanted to think about it a few days. We talked mid week and agreed on a deal. I came in the following Saturday, did the paperwork with Brad Lenz who was a lot nicer than I pictured in my brain for some reason. I think all the adds, lol. Some young gentlemen switched my plates while we did the paperwork and I was out the door in 30 minutes. They did give me more for my trade-in than 2 other dealers had offered and their price on the new one was as low as I could find. So, I guess I felt like I was treated fairly. Let's face it, all vehicles are expensive, dealers have to make a living, you just don't want to feel like you were treated unfairly. I'm sure I will buy my next vehicle from Lenz. And yes, they have one heck of a selection! Tom T.

I bought my Ford C-Max Energy from Earnhardt Ford in early 2014. After rejecting a zillion of useless add-ons and extra warranties, the seller got me to buy a D-Fence GPS system for over $200. I thought it might be a good idea because I often forget where I park my car. But I was not told that this service required a subscription after the initial free months. Worse, I was not told that the installation required disabling the DLC connector used for emission testing. For the above reason my car did not pass the emission test this month. I went to Chapman Ford and explained to me what had happened. Not onlyt that, but they fixed the issue at no charge (and in less than 30 minutes!) even though my warranty had already expired. Bottom line: if the car sales division is as good and honest as the service division, your next Ford should be from Chapman.

My husband and I of 19 years were having credit issues at the time we were looking to replace a car in which was totaled in the state of Texas horrible drivers. Thank God we survived. But after this it was difficult to get financing for the car we were looking to replace which was a Mercedes 550 Ml. In any case no dealer in Texas could help us. As big as texas is ! Lol! Bigger but not better. Because. We came home to our birth state of Maryland I went on line and found a beautiful car Mercedes S 550 2012. Which was better , way better than what we had lost. So I'm thinking your dreaming. Well I went on Cars guru and 𝑰𝒎𝒎𝒆𝒅𝒊𝒂𝒕𝒆𝒍𝒚 found Exclusive Motor Cars. Within minutes I received a call from Mr. Eric Harrell . He was so professional , kind soft spoken and I fell in love. But I was thinking in the back of my mind this deal will never get done. And I almost was scared to apply. But Mr. Eric said let's try. And all I can say is. This man is the best person in the sales industry I have ever met. And we have owned over 1O or more cars. But this time it was an experience. Like a Dream Come True" Literally.!!! Mr. Harrell and his finance team worked so hard on our deal. That I felt like they were my family going above and beyond to help my family of 4. My husband and son and daughter. 12 and 14 year old stated to me and my husband that the people at the dealership seemed like family. And that they really liked them. I was told that children can spot a bad person in a room. There was not one. Instead of feeling like a sale it felt like we were being helped to better our lives with having a car that we desperately needed and was use to driving this make. And wanted to stick with it cause it served us well in the past after owning 3 of them. The service is nothing less than impeccable. Well Mr. Harrell was there for us throughout this whole ordeal he was so uplifting and confident. But I was thinking we are fighting a losing battle. WOW! Was I wrong this dealership worked a miracle nothing less. And got us not just a car but the car we dreamed. I was in tears. All I can say is that. I am very very skeptical with everything and from start to finish this dealership worked to get us an Approval. That we were more than surprised they could get at a decent rate. Wow! And they went above I mean way above to help us. I owe them my heart , loyalty , trust and forever customer! I felt at the end of this whole ordeal I wish I could have given them all something for all they had done. They even prayed with us. Now this is unbelievable! But it's True. My old car was my third minivan in 15 years. Now that my kids are older and leaving for college, I wanted something that could carry 6 or 7 passengers but was ... well... NOT a minivan. I did some research on late model used three-row SUVs, and found the 2017 Nissan Pathfinder. (My favorite of my three vans was a 2005 Nissan Quest, so choosing Nissan was easy for me.) Before I started browsing for cars, I applied for credit through Carvana, and was approved. Next, I entered in all of the information about the van I was trading for the Pathfinder. (Beware -- the trade-in amount is only good for 7 days, and it can change wildly in that time!) I was pleased with the trade amount, and it was great that I could shop for my new car and see my down payment and monthly payment for every car I viewed! My specifications were pretty clear -- AWD, less than 10,000 miles, and never a rental car. I found my dream car a few days later, and started the purchase process. It was quite smooth and the directions were very clear about what documents need to be uploaded. When I went to click on "finalize purchase" (or something like that), a red flag popped up...my trade-in value expired WHILE I WAS IN THE PROCESS OF CHECKING OUT! I got on chat with Carvana staff right away, and they were able to return the trade in value to NEARLY what it was before the expiration. This is something that needs to be addressed by Carvana -- once a customer is to a certain point in the process, those numbers need to be frozen. So we set a delivery time, and the Carvana rep was pretty much on time considering he was traveling 70 miles or so from the Chicago office. Everything was smooth -- signed a couple more papers, took my Pathfinder for a spin, Eric inspected my trade, and I left within 30 minutes with my new car. I would also like to add that I drove directly to my mechanic, so he could inspect the car and make sure I wasn't buying something with hidden damage. Mechanic said to me, "This car is perfect, like new." Just what I wanted to hear. Thanks Carvana! I am telling everyone I know about you guys. Good to work with you! Janet - 2017 Nissan Pathfinder

Our purchase was a straight walk-on. We drove down to CT from VT to look at a car at another lot. We were disappointed with what we saw, so we drove a little further until we came across the Shamrock Cars lot. The cars were all immaculate, all sporting easily read price, year and mileage stickers, on a clean and accessible lot. After wandering around a bit and looking at candidates in our price range, we went inside and were warmly greeted by the staff. Not to mention handing us two Shamrock Motors sweatshirts and two t-shirts just for coming in! We were handed the key and told to "bring it up front" if we wanted to test drive it. After a quick copy of our drivers' licenses, we took it for a spin. We decided we wanted to try another vehicle, same process, painless and quick. Upon returning with the second car, we decided we wanted it. Due to some financial requirements on our part, we had to return a couple of days later to pick it up. A couple of emails back and forth finished up our transaction, and a couple of concerns we had with the vehicle were taken care of in a matter of hours. We drove back to pick up our SUV and seal the deal. I think we were there a total of a 1/2 hour finishing the paperwork. They even filled out a Vermont registration form for us! The vehicle was fully gassed up, detailed inside and out, and ready for us when we were done. We've purchased several new and used cars over the years, and this was by FAR the most painless purchase either of us have ever experienced. Posters and stickers in the uncluttered and clean sales office notify prospective customers that with internet search engines and multiple dealers in the area, the prices shown are "what you see is what you pay", so there's no haggling and no hassle. The 90 mile drive was more than worth it, and we've already planned on going back next year to upgrade another of our vehicles.

After going through a really horrible experience at Mossy Nissan in El Cajon about 2 yrs ago I needed to find myself a dealership that my family and I can trust and count on. In this particular occasion, I was on a mission to find a good and reliable car for my soon ti be 18 year old daughter whi soon will be going to college. I began my small journey in El Cajon with the exeption of Mossy Nissan of course. I hit a few places and of course they tried to get me to buy something I didn't want or tried getting to lease a vehicle. Anyway, after a week of thinking if other places, my brother advised me to go visit Carl Burger. He had purched 2 vehicles from them and strongly recommended Carl Burger. So there I go....thinking that most likely they'll try to do what most car sales people do. When I got there, I was welcomed by Steven Jaramillo. He asked me several queations before he showed me any cars such as; who was the car for, price range, new or used, monthly payments...etc. after checking out a few cars I had to leave because I had plans for the evening. Steven was not persuasive but yet scheduled me for an appointment for the next day. Well after my evening plans I gave him a call and asked if I can drop by once more and refreshed my numbers and budget. Steven said "No worries, Ill have them all kined up for you with your budget in mind". Im not jojlking when I tell you that when I arrived he and the cars were ready, with the budget I had in mind and style of car. Literally nailed it!!! Steven had made it happen. Well, finance time! Time ti stress right!? I forgot the Manager name...but no joke....best APR, best monthly payment! Better then what i was expecting. No hidden cost. I arrived at Carl Burger at 7:30pm and was out by 8:45ish. This is my point, San Diego os full of car dealerships, the hard part is to look for dealerships that actually acknowledge what your looking for and actually take that into consideration. Im haooy to say that I found my new car dealership. Thanks for taking your time Steven! I really appreciate all your help! Also, thanks to the staff tjat was there helping me out as well. L

Had my 2016 JKU oil changed and tires rotated. No complaints. Services took about 45 minutes and the tech was nice enough to show me how to change my cabin filter. Second oil change at the dealership and so far so good.
