I live 1 1/2 hrs. away from the dealership so I had no choice but to stay while my car was being serviced. The wait was extended by over 2 hours because we were waiting on a tire to be delivered - so, I was there from 8:00 am to 3:30 pm. The waiting area was comfortable - complimentary popcorn, water and coffee was nice and the vending machines came in handy since I was there through the lunch hour. My service advisor did offer a ride to get something to eat. Repair fees were extremely reasonable. I would like to personally commend my service advisor, Staci Brooks, for the high level of professionalism and service she provided during my long wait.

My husband told me about Carvana from a commercial ad he heard/saw. I laughed about it and said 'yah right, there's gotta be a hitch somewhere'. A few weeks later, he brought up Carvana again....curious, I decided to check it out online. The key words there was 'check it out'. I ended up buying a vehicle a couple hours later. Yeup, it was just like that. No hassle, no hidden costs or agendas. So after reviewing everything on the site, I started looking at minivans....I started falling in love with minivans....I started buying minivans....all through carvana. Once I locked in the one I wanted, I went through the credit process, documentation process, and pick up date (I chose pick up - because at this point, I still felt a little 'leary' about the whole deal'. It was so simple, and so honest, and so real. Over the course of the next 24 hours, all my submitted documents were approved and we just had two days to go to pick up the new mininvan. When we got to the store, it's not like a dealership with a lot, but it had three beautiful, well lit, very clean, showroom like bays that your vehicle is sitting in for your to do a complete inspection of it. It was very classy. Please note, our particular location does not have the car vending machine just yet. After passing our over check, I hopped in the car and drove it 65 miles home. She ran like a charm and I knew I had 7 days to decide if I wanted to keep her not. At day 3, although I loved her, she didn't have all the bells and whistles I truly wanted so that evening, I was back on the Carvana site, shopping for a replacement minivan....it's so easy to do when it gives you results based on your financial settings....I found the new 'her' a few hours later. I ordered her up and made the quick call explaining I was swapping and chose to have the vehicle delivered instead of going there to save time. The whole swap process took 2 days...they pulled up right to my house with my next new minivan. In my eyes, she was perfect, but I found a flaw before she was even off the truck. There was a huge bolt in the back tire. I was so disappointed. But Carvana took care of that so amazingly over the top.....they still brought her off the truck so I can check out the interior, test drive it, etc. We found a few more things that we felt should be fixed...minor things. Carvana took note of the items, and took the vehicle back on the truck but promised me (because I really wanted her that day) they would bring her back with a new tire....they kept their promise, three hours later she was back with a brand new tire, not one, but TWO brand new back tires. And they put an extra Carvana cup in the car for me. They swapped the minivans and off the old one went and there I sat with the new one. Smile ear to ear. I worked with Carvana on 6 items that we believed needed repair before committing to keep the vehicle. Carvana went above and beyond. I got an estimate for the repairs at a local shop, Carvana approved it, and within a few weeks, all repairs were completed through Carvana and I have the perfect vehicle, no hassle, no hidden agendas. And every person I dealt with on the phone or in person were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, AND JUST THE BEST!! My Carvana experience was the absolute best. I will never go back to buying a car the old 'car dealership' way. And ironically, we had bought our other vehicle from a dealership just 3 months before being introduced to Carvana. I will give one warning about buying a vehicle through Carvana this way....it can be addicting..lol :-) Yes, I still shop Carvana cars every now and then....I don't even need a car, I just love seeing what Carvana has because it was sooo simple :-) Thank you Carvana for a trememdously wonderful experience.

I've notice a lot of confusion from other reviews with the customer service and service at Prestman Auto so I thought I'd add my two cents and my experience. First of all, they have a policy where they allow you to browse on your own without any interruptions from annoying sales reps. If you need help for a test drive something else, just ask any staff for an available sales rep to help you and they'll find one. Also, if you don't understand why their prices are so low, you should read on their website to learn a little about them because they aren't your typical car dealership. About 2 years ago I bought a 2013 Ford Focus ST-3 from them for an excellent price. I have loved my car ever since and I would recommend this dealership to anyone especially my fellow car guy/gal.

Great dealership! Didn't feel pressured or rushed. I bought a preowned 2007 Jeep Wrangler about a year ago and went back to lease a CX5 a few months ago. I wanted to buy from the same person, Erica. She made me feel comfortable and really respected my budget. She worked hard to get me exactly what I wanted and didn't let me down. I highly recommend asking for her.

LET ME TELL YOU ABOUT HOW GOOD GOD IS AND HOW HE SHOWS UP WHEN YOU AREN'T EVEN EXPECTING HIM TO. I FEEL THAT HE WAS THE ONE WHO PLACED TERRY PHILLIPS IN MY PATH THAT DAY. I HAD BEEN HAVING 1 "SMALL" ISSUE WITH MY 2011 NISSAN SENTRA I CALLED IT (SILVER FOX) EVER SINCE I BROUGHT THE CAR A YEAR AGO FROM ONE OF THOSE GOD FORSAKEN BUY HERE PAY HERE LOTS. I WENT TO DIFFERENT MECHANICS AND THEY ALL TOLD ME IT WAS A DIFFERENT ISSUE. I THOUGHT IT WAS SOMETHING AS SMALL AS AN ELECTRICAL ISSUE WHERE A WIRE HAD CAME A LOOSE AND NEEDED TO BE PUT BACK TOGETHER OR SOMETHING. EVERY TIME I WOULD START MY CAR IT WOULD TAKE A LITTLE EXTRA TIME TO CRANK OR CATCH, RIGHT?! NO BIGGIE AS IT ALWAYS TURNED ON AND RODE FINE. THAT IS UNTIL THE PROBLEM STARTED WEARING ON MY BATTERY AND I HAD TO GET A NEW BATTERY AND THEN IT DRAINED THAT BATTERY SO I HAD TO GET ANOTHER ONE. LAST WEEK I SAID ENOUGH IS ENOUGH I'M JUST GONNA PUT MONEY INTO HER AND FIX HER UP. LAST SATURDAY I PAID FOR $300 IN REPAIRS AND THIS PAST SATURDAY I WAS GOING TO PAY FOR $300 MORE IN REPAIRS, BUT SOMETHING TOLD ME INSTEAD OF GOING BACK TO MEINEKE TO GET IT FIXED LET ME TAKE IT TO NISSAN AND HAVE THEM LOOK AT IT. I MEAN THEY WOULD KNOW THE CAR BETTER THEN ANYONE. HERE IS WHERE YOU INSERT TERRY PHILLIPS THE MAN TO GO TO IF YOU'RE PURCHASING A CAR FOR THE FIRST TIME OR 5TH TIME. WHILE WAITING FOR THE DIAGNOSIS OF MY CAR I TALKED WITH TERRY. TERRY MUST'VE SEEN THE WORRY AND STRESS ETCHED ON MY FACE. HE CALMLY ASKED ME WHY I WAS THERE. HE GENUINELY WANTED TO HELP MY SITUATION. HE TOLD ME ABOUT A BRAND NEW 2015 CAR THAT WAS READY TO BE DRIVEN OFF THE LOT. MIND YOU IT HAD ALREADY BEEN DETAILED AND EVERYTHING, BUT THE DEAL HE WAS WORKING OUT FOR A WOMAN HAD FALLEN THROUGH. I THINK IT WAS MEANT TO BE MY CAR. WATCH HOW GOD IS ABOUT TO SHOW UP AND SHOW OUT.. TERRY SAID, "VALIA LET'S GO TAKE A LOOK AT THIS 2015 NISSAN SENTRA. IT'S MY LAST 2015 SENTRA AND SINCE YOU HAVE A 2011 I THINK THIS WOULD BE PERFECT FOR YOU." I WAS OPTIMISTIC AND WENT TO LOOK AT THE CAR. JUST WALKING UP TO THE CAR I FELL IN LOVE WITH THE COLOR. IT'S BLUE, BUT IT LOOKS TO HAVE A GREEN UNDERTONE. I GOT IN THE CAR AND BOY WAS IT AMAZING. I MEAN THE WORKS. NEVER THE LESS I WAS IN LOVE. I DIDN'T KNOW HOW IT WAS GONNA HAPPEN, BUT I KNEW I WANTED THAT CAR. SO WE WENT BACK TO THE OFFICE TO SEE WHAT THE NUMBERS WOULD LOOK LIKE. DURING THIS TIME SAM WHO WAS THE PERSON GETTING MY CAR LOOKED AT FOR ME CAME TO SPEAK WITH ME ABOUT WHAT WAS REALLY GOING ON WITH MY CAR (SILVER FOX). HE HAD A LAUNDRY LIST OF THINGS. FROM THE TRANSMISSION, ALTERNATOR, FUEL PUMP, SENSORS AND MORE. I WAS SHOCKED. HERE I WAS THINKING IT WAS A SMALL PROBLEM AND EASY FIX. IT WASN'T. I WOULD'VE HAD TO PUT IN MORE MONEY THAN THE CAR WAS WORTH TO GET IT BACK TO RUNNING 100%. SAM GAVE ME SOME TIME TO THINK THINGS OVER. AFTER THINKING I TALKED WITH TERRY ABOUT MOVING FORWARD. WE TALKED NUMBERS AND I REALIZED THAT MY MONTHLY CAR PAYMENT WAS A LITTLE MORE THAN I WANTED TO PAY. TERRY WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND FOR ME. HE WENT AND SPOKE TO SOMEONE TO SEE IF MY INQUIRY ABOUT A LOWER PAYMENT WAS POSSIBLE. HE CAME BACK AND TURNED MY FROWN INTO A SMILE. If anyone has left a bad review, they are mistaken! I was met on 9/7/2017 in the HOT Florida heat by Josh "The Journey" Johnson. After visiting many dealerships that day, Josh was the only sales professionals that met me the moment that I arrived on the HOT asphalt. I told Josh that I would return on 8/9/2017 with my wife to look at Jeep Wranglers. My wife and I were originally interested in purchasing a Jeep Wrangler that was primarily going to be driven by her. She test drove a Wrangler and stated that she couldn't see driving the Jeep everyday back and forth to work. Telling Josh of the change in vehicles. He was excited to hear that we were also interested in the Dodge Journey. Josh said when he began this was the only vehicle that he could sell to customers and he know virtually everything about them, hence the name Josh "The Journey" Johnson. (Hope you like it!) Seeing the excitement in Josh's face. I gave him the opportunity to impress my wife and I. Well, what can I say!! We are happy and proud owners of a 2017 Dodge Journey!! Josh knew his stuff about this vehicle and showed all the bells and whistles that the Journey had to offer. The story does not end there and may get a bit weird from here. I ran into the Financial Service writer "Al" in the bathroom and he began telling jokes while I wore my NY Giants hat. The comedy continued while finishing up the paperwork for our new vehicle. The staff, facility, and the people at Lakeland Dodge JEEP Chrysler are a great group and want to make you happy, comfortable, and pleased with the vehicle that you are purchasing. Josh stopped many times during the process and of looking and test driving making sure that as we continued this was the vehicle that fit our needs. Well Josh!! We are happy that we got a brand new vehicle and will send as many people your way!! As for AL, enjoy your trip to Denver and I will also send people your way!! Thanks Again!! And PEOPLE!! Ask for JJJ (Josh "The Journey" Johnson) and tell him Chuck sent you!! As I side note!! I do not work for any car dealerships.. Just wanted a nice, safe, affordable, and spacious vehicle for my wife to purchase!!

Thank you, Bend Honda service technicians & Ty Clark for fielding our phone call yesterday regarding a funny smell from under the hood (after a couple of days of taxing travel over the mountains towing our 16' Airstream with 2017 Ridgeline). You advised us to stop by -- that you'd ask a technician to check over the transmission. We stopped this morning and your technician pulled the transmission fluid dipstick and, yep, identified that burnt smell right away. We elected to have you flush it and replace it with new fluid -- you had to squeeze us into an already full schedule. So thank you all very much for being so accommodating and allowing us to continue our journeys with one less big worry! --mm / AJ / Moose the dog.
