This is my first Jeep I have ever owned. I always liked the looks of the Grand Cherokee. I’m happy with the vehicle. No complaints except it does like to drink gasoline. My previous 4 vehicles were all 8 cylinder full size pickup trucks. The Jeep being a 6 cylinder eats more gas. The Other than that, I’m very happy with my purchase of my 2022 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Good looks, drives well, comfortable and safe.

I always had a good experience with the service dept but today I was being taken advantage of. My 2018 Jeep Compass has only 30,000 miles and I was told by the advisor that it needs overall service and price would be $800 . I showed him the schedule that I was emailed and it was like $250 so I told him to just give me my free maintenance service that I usually get. I even showed him the pdf email. Also I brought my car in at 7:30 am on the line and he said that it should be ready by 9:30 and will call me. He never called so I just called service at 1 and it is ready. Next time I come for service and an advisor takes advantage I will ask for the Manager. I have friends that are retired from sales and service dept and I asked them and they said the advisor definitely was taking advantage of me; that there is no way 30,000 miles needs all that.

2022 Grand Cherokee Overland. Beautiful inside and out. Love the extras that the Overland package provide. Beats EPA milage estimates easily. ride comfort is very good, even in the rear seats.

This is third Jeep I have leased and best yet. Summit Reserve Trim is amazing. Great performance and many comfort features. Performance from the v8 Hemi is amazing.

I am always apprehensive of car dealerships as I feel like shark bait however I have nothing but praise and satisfaction with this dealership. I drove down to the dealership to see a CPO Jeep Grand Cherokee they had on the lot and ended up leaving with a great deal on a brand new one and they got me out of my tough situation with a lease I was in. Claire was absolutely wonderful. She made the whole process so seem less, understood my concerns and budget, and worked with the sales manager to make it happen. Claire, the sales manager, and finance rep. stayed late for us and had a great positive attitude the entire time. No pressure was put on us and we felt extremely comfortable. They couldn’t get the car detailed that night but Claire made sure to get it cleaned up and ready as best as possible and promised a full detail the next day. It was completely worth the drive down to Buhler!
