This is my first Jeep I have ever owned. I always liked the looks of the Grand Cherokee. I’m happy with the vehicle. No complaints except it does like to drink gasoline. My previous 4 vehicles were all 8 cylinder full size pickup trucks. The Jeep being a 6 cylinder eats more gas. The Other than that, I’m very happy with my purchase of my 2022 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Good looks, drives well, comfortable and safe.

2022 Grand Cherokee Overland. Beautiful inside and out. Love the extras that the Overland package provide. Beats EPA milage estimates easily. ride comfort is very good, even in the rear seats.

This is third Jeep I have leased and best yet. Summit Reserve Trim is amazing. Great performance and many comfort features. Performance from the v8 Hemi is amazing.

I bought my car from another dealership closer to me. I drive 60+ miles one way to get it serviced at Laurel BMW. I guess that says enough about how good they must be. I also make sure I deal with my preferred SA James Randall. He's absolutely wonderful and a pleasure to work with. He does his best for a quick turn around. I've also had warranty work done there with absolutely no hassles. They also don't push you to pay for services you might not need. As long as I have a BMW and I'm in the Chicagoland area, this is where I'll be taking my car to!

I was just disappointed because my car came back dirty. The car was spotlessly clean when they picked it up. When I got it back it was dirty. It had bird Doodoo on it and the outside was dirty. They must’ve left the window open while in the shop because the inside was full of dust and the floor mats were full of debris! The mechanical work was done to my satisfaction!

Took my vehicle in for oil change, recall notice, and a check engine light that was on. Service advisor called later and explained the engine light issue and that vehicle would be kept overnight due to the issue. The advisor called next day and explained the repair. No complaints at all about the service department.

We have never been there before but called to see if they had time for us and they said ‘yes’ come right in. We had a great experience with JC who took care of us. He was very professional and had a great sense of humor and so very capable to get the job done. We were very impressed and love our new Jeep Grand Cherokee LTD.
