After reading all of the reviews about Clear Lake Dodge, I was a little apprehensive to travel 50 miles on the off chance that the Ram I wanted would be gone or just sold. Quite the opposite, it was there on Saturday and the Sales Director (Cindy) had the keys with her when I left Conroe on Monday. As soon as we walked in the doors, TJ Boyd worked with us and got the price where we wanted it to be. Delivery was a little longer than one would expect but the PDI was longer due to all of the inspection items they ran though on our 2021 2500. We give them 5 Stars because they earned it.

He gave me weekly updates, answered all my questions thoroughly, when I needed a rental, he got it for me with no problem and had some of the best customer service I?ve ever experienced. I will always be returning for any services my jeep may have. Your mechanics are so detailed, they made sure all issues were fixed before they released my truck. I really enjoyed the buying process. Michael was great. Honestly, it sucks to buy a new car. No way to sugar coat that. It?s a long process, but my salesman was young and sharp. (He kept bringing me water, and I kept drinking it. :). Overall great place with great folks!
