We have great service experience every time we come here and have an issue or just doing maintenance for our Durango SRT. Hooper is awesome, very friendly and helpful. Hooper went above and beyond in writing a note so that I can show it to the shop that previously changed the wrong size oil filter. Will definitely come back again.

The services on my car were detailed and transparent. The speed of service was solid. The work was done professionally too. Service Department treats me very well too, very friendly group of folks!

Notes on the multi point stated my vehicle needed a lot of service, but none were explained. The receipt mentioned the rear differential but also not explained.

Of all my years as LM transportation manager I?ve had tons of contacts with many dealerships/ professionally and privately. In all my years Jeremie Trout is as customer oriented as anyone I?ve ever delt with. Seriously he should be recognized for his outstanding job. If I was still managing I would hire this young man in a minute, because of his attitude and commitment. I seriously hope that this dealership doesn?t let someone steal this guy from them.
