I was unsure if I would like my car in person and only had a break in my day to go drive it. Matt and Steve made sure I had plenty of time with the car and held off on the necessities until I could have more time to look everything over and complete the paperwork (in other words they allowed my concerns drive the interaction).

I initially checked to see if the SUV I found on cars.com was still available to look at. After sending the email, via cars.com, I got a text back within a few minutes saying the SUV was available and a salesperson would check with me to set up an appointment. I spoke with Jamie shortly thereafter and met with her at the dealership. The SUV was washed and ready for me to see and test drive. The rest of the purchase experience was fantastic!! For me, number one of the top three car buying experiences ever. I’m now retired and have bought a lot of cars. No high pressure, just great customer service. John was our sales specialist and from the beginning he made it very comfortable in dealing with him. It was like sitting down with family. He met us outside, he knew mine and my wifes name. He remembered from the last time we were in. I was specific on what I wanted and John only had to pull one vehicle becauae he listened to the details of what I was looking for. It was seemless, we had fun spending 70,000 and I will only come back if John is sitting across from me.
