He answered any questions I had and since I wasn’t familiar with buying a vehicle out of state and I was nervous something would go wrong after driving 8 hours i had a lot of questions. I had a great experience, saw the truck on Saturday night, drove from PA to Ohio on Monday to get it. Steve (Coach) already had the tank filled and cleaned before I arrived. I looked at the Same truck in PA, they couldn’t come close to the price Medina had!! I would definitely go back to Medina for another vehicle.

I was greeted by Justin Stinaff, he is always cheerful and welcoming. Great experience from the start. The technician Brian Binegar was knowledgeable and fast on the recall and oil change. No gimmicky switch ups or "let me talk to the manager" run around. Absolute pleasure dealing with all the staff, Dan, Randy & Ben all worked hard, I couldn't compliment their crew enough! They're 90 minutes from me, and I am guessing there's a dozen+ Jeep dealers in Metro Pittsburgh within 30 minutes of me, none of them are even close to the value I get from Daystar (price or piece of mind). Great dealer. Located vehicle on cars.com after selecting the year, make, model, ideal mileage and was able to find a good deal with Brunswick automart. The original car we had inquired about sold before we had the chance to look at it, but we were able to find another one that we loved even more!
