They knew my budget, found me the right financing to fit my budget and no pressure to buy anything extra. I cannot say enough great things about my experience with Carlos Campos and Gio. After I bombarded him with text messages one afternoon, and again the next day on his day off, ( and getting answered) I took the trip in. The experience was like none other. Carlos was completely transparent, down to earth and honest! This man is one of us, an every day person. I talked with him for about an hour just about life and not once did he make me feel rushed or like I was wasting his time. I ended up walking out with a car not only because it was a great and fair deal, but because Carlos gave me faith and the reassurance I needed. After getting Buisness done with Carlos, I went to see Gio, the finance guy. This man was more transparent and honest than I think he’s allowed to be! He tailored everything to my specific needs and gave me 2 recommendations. 1. what he thinks would be the best option for my plans for the vehicle and then 2 what he thinks would work best with my budget. I really can’t say enough good things about the service. I will be back and will bring my family and friends. Last week I called and talk to a girl named Bianca she was so nice, and friendly to me I wanted to bring my car in for a oil change that day at 3:30 after i got out of work well everything was booked for that day so Bianca told me if I could be there for 3:30 then she would squeeze me in for that day. she was so helpful, and accommodating that this made my night even better. thank you Bianca for helping me .

Was having trouble with my Jeep Wrangler that required extensive trips to the service dept. I can honestly say that Kayla Brazil made what could have been a "nightmare" into a pleasant experience! She single handedly restored my faith in customer service @ an automotive dealership!!!
