I had a great experience buying a car with Nabil! He was friendly and made me feel welcome right from the start. Nabil listened to what I wanted and helped me find the perfect car without any pressure. He really knows his stuff and gave me honest advice. After I bought the car, he even checked in to see how I was doing. If you need a car, I highly recommend Nabil. However, I had a disappointing experience with Rodriguez, the financial specialist. Despite having the highest credit score, he didn’t offer me a competitive percentage rate from well-known institutions like Bank of America, Capital One, etc. Instead, he suggested a high rate of 7.99% from lesser-known financial institutions, which just didn’t make sense to me. In comparison, Nabil, my car sales representative, was outstanding and deserves a 5-star rating for his excellent service, whereas I would give Rodriguez a 1 for not being helpful in getting a fair financial deal.

Everyone was Friendly, polite and attentive. There was no pressure. The whole team worked very well together. I was always able to reach someone and the deal was completed quickly at the price agreed upon. One of the quickest, and most satisfying automobile buying experiences that I have ever had.

I had an oil change and tire rotation done. When I left the shop, I heard a loud knocking noise from the front wheel and had to take my truck back immediately. It was fixed and I was told that the tire balance was off. I believe it should be best practice to test drive all vehicles after any work is done to prevent the inconvenience of customers having to bring their vehicle back. I use to get my car serviced at this shop years ago and stopped because I had such a bad experience with my truck repairs. I have decided to give you?ll another chance and hope that things have gotten better. I will let this one slide for now. I am scheduled to have repairs done next week and I am expecting perfection. Please do not let me down. I would prefer to support my local Jeep service, but will not hesitate to patronize another facility if I feel that I am not getting the quality service I deserve here.

I ordered a 2024 Jeep through Mitch via email. The order process was seamless. Throughout the order waiting period, Mitch was very responsive every time I had a related inquiry. Once the Jeep arrived at the dealership, he notified me asap and I was able to pick it up a couple of days later. I highly recommend Mitch for a car purchase.

My experience with Shereen could not have been better. She put me at ease from our first interaction all the way until I received my keys. Not only did she assist with a complex lease buy out, she truly went out of her way to make sure I was driving home with the best car I could find. I ended up with a 2019 Volvo XC60 that I love just as much as the service I received from Sheeren. After to my prior experience, I was contacted by Mr. Herman and he apologized for the experience. He listened to my complaint and corrected the situation. Mr. Herman was very apologetical and understanding about why I was upset. He worked diligently with Danny to find a deal for me. I came in on yesterday evening I met with Adam and Danny to find a vehicle. Danny found the perfect SUV and had all of the paperwork ready upon my arrive. Both Adam and Danny handled the my situation with EXPECTIONAL customer service and I am beyond elated! Danny even stayed passed his scheduled time to assist me getting everything completed. Purchased my first brand-new vehicle in 10 years here in late January because the ones I had were junk. I am a former auto salesman and have owned quite a few cars over the years, so I went in expecting the late winter sales pitch. I was also expecting to be shoehorned into a vehicle I know I wouldn't be happy with and a price I would regret paying. I had my target vehicles - both realistic and extremely hopeful. I met the salesman - Carlos - out in the lot and while looking around, I explained what I wanted - and what I didn't want. I was shown several options and took a few test drives before settling on the one that had the most features I desired. Now it was down to price. Suffice it to say, I didn't pay close to MSRP - no lie - and it was all using their dealer discounts and FCA incentives. In the end, I purchased my uniquely colored 2020 Cherokee 4X4 and am extremely satisfied with its looks, ride, options and capabilities. Only regret is getting the base engine. Yes, it was the least expensive of the engine options and it gets reasonable gas mileage for a 4wd rig, but it doesn't feel right to me.

This dealership is amazing from my sales person Dylan to the Sales manager Michael(Mike) to the Finance manager Tim, they were very patient with me and I would totally come back to buy a vehicle from this dealership they beat the interest rate that Navy Fed gave me and the overall purchase was amazing! They treated me like a family member and Dylan greeted me he ensured me that he would do everything to make my buying experience AMAZING AND FUN!
