This has been one of the most pleasant experiences I’ve had at a dealership. I recently purchased a Lexus beautiful condition & price! Ask for Suzy Cervini she made everything possible & got me out of there in no time! Upfront service, personable staff and any problem I had they worked out and made a way to make me happy. We have had two great experiences with Marino CJD. We purchased a Chrysler Pacifica last summer and the team was extremely accommodating throughout the process. I just returned to the dealership for a service issue and was extremely impressed with how helpful and kind their service team was - we were working with Alex. I had my two (crazy) toddlers with me, and we had to stay longer than I expected. As a result, the team went above and beyond to help me manage my toddlers while also discussing the car service piece. I so appreciate the excellent customer service and for making us feel at home. We were a little nervous about making a 3 hr road trip to look at a Grand Cherokee but, they were one of the few places that had what we were looking for. Which is unfortunatly the reality today. We spoke with Nathan from the interenet who got us all the information we needed and more. Upon arrival James was our salesman. Truely nice guy who explained things about the vehicle and was wonderful about answering our questions. The whole process was smooth. James kept us informed and things moving along. Everyone we encountered from sales manager, to finance, to store manager were very nice and gracious. The only thing that we did not care for is that when a car is sold the music is CRANKED and COW BELLS are rang. but the killer was the horns from the vehicles within the show room were honked right where we were sitting. I get that your creating a vibe but, come on. Its just one little thing that otherwise was a great experience. Thanks so much James!

The entire start to final delivery process working with Eric and the Wickstrom Auto Group Team was simple, efficient, and totally stress-free. In short, an outstanding overall experience. You don't necessarily need an appointment for oil change..service writers all ignored me when first came in..not one of them was with a customer either..terrible customer service!

Wonderful experience! Brian worked with us to find a car for me within my limited budget. We went through several test drives before we found the perfect fit. Brian was great-straightforward, patient, and pleasant throughout. The financing process was quick and enjoyable. The entire staff was accommodating, friendly, and fun even though the process kept everyone past closing. It's rare to be able to say you had a good time buying a car, but I can honestly say I did. I look forward to working with them again in the future and I highly recommend checking them out for your next car purchase.

This dealership is currently getting renovated inside and it’s beautiful! This is also the first time buying a car that I didn’t feel like I was getting “screwed over” somehow. They were very much on our side and enjoyable to work with.

My husband went into the dealership this afternoon and worked with a member of the sales team named Victor. He was able to work with our credit and our trade in to get us into a reliable vehicle that we could afford. He was thorough and efficient and we were well taken care of. We appreciate his help and couldn't be happier with the experience.

My new jeep Grand Cherokee had a turn signal problem. As you know technology can be a problem! What sounds doesn't always work that way. Anyway it took 2 appointment. Steven Fee kept me up to the minute with what was going on. He was friendly and very nice. Even with the service area being very busy, his mood never changed. I have been a Jeep owner since early 80s. All my cars have come from here because I appreciate the staff. Thanks again Steven!!
