I wanted to get something for looks and the 2025 Grand Cherokee fit the bill. Style and looks, 10 out of 10 in my opinion. Good on the mileage and performance. My oil change experience was great. I met LeJuan Robinson who assisted me with the process. She is professional, knowledgeable and very kind. Thank you very much for making me feel home.

My only complaint is the timing to wait for an oil change should not exceed 60 minutes. Antwerpen had a desk just for oil changes. Wish it was back. Major services are always given realistic timing.

Oil change went well, tire tread too low to rotate. Brakes were done by lunch.
