I had a great experience, saw the truck on Saturday night, drove from PA to Ohio on Monday to get it. Steve (Coach) already had the tank filled and cleaned before I arrived. I looked at the Same truck in PA, they couldn’t come close to the price Medina had!! I would definitely go back to Medina for another vehicle.

His transparency and professionalism made the car buying experience enjoyable (as it should be!), and his friendliness helped minimize the usual stress I have. Great dealer. Located vehicle on cars.com after selecting the year, make, model, ideal mileage and was able to find a good deal with Brunswick automart. The original car we had inquired about sold before we had the chance to look at it, but we were able to find another one that we loved even more! After visiting 2 other dealerships, we decided to check out some used Jeep's in North Olmsted and we were pleased with the entire experience. We were greeted immediately and professionally upon arriving. Our salesman, Mark, walked us right out to the Jeep we were there to check out and explained all the features, how they were certified, etc. The Jeep was even better than we imagined and we regretted wasting our time at other dealerships prior to coming to North Olmsted. Mark and James were great to deal with. After having talked to James on the phone we drove 3.5 hours to look at a 2009 Challenger. We could not have been more pleased with the spot on discription of the car as it is in practically new condition. Mark assisted us with finalizing everything and had us back on the road in no time with a smoothe and efficient process. As a courtesy, James followed through with a call to see if we had any further questions or issues that he could address. Would definitely do business with again.

I am a repeat customer and the Mazda vehicle speaks for itself... but GREAT customer Service cannot. When I was shopping to renew my lease, I was able to contact Charles Clark in VW - as I thought I might switch from Mazda to VW. When we could not get the pricing to work, Charles sent me to Ravi Patel. He was helpful, kind and very knowledgeable about all the products in my inquiries. Through the deal, I also met with Joel Cruz. He was a whiz at getting me the best price, the best vehicle and provided the best service. Now, I do not live close... I live about 35 miles away... but I will ALWAYS come back to Brunswick for this high quality of service. Kudos to Brunswick for doing it right!
