I purchased a Jeep Grand Cherokee through Wickstrom Auto Group, working with Eric Jensen, six years ago. That proved to be an excellent experience. So when I was recently in the market for a new vehicle my first stop was back to Wickstrom Auto Group and was thrilled to learn I would once again be working with Eric Jensen. Eric patiently guided me through the education process, a test drive, and the financial arrangements to purchase a Jeep Wagoneer, then a Lincoln Aviator, and finally the Grand Cherokee Summit which I ultimately purchased. Throughout this recent purchase, I found Eric Jensen to be the same friendly, knowledgeable, and totally professional sales consultant I had experienced working with six years earlier. The entire start to final delivery process working with Eric and the Wickstrom Auto Group Team was simple, efficient, and totally stress-free. In short, an outstanding overall experience. What a great look. I have bought several cars and trucks over the past few years, from 2 trucks for me and helped the family with other cars. I wanted to get something for looks and the 2025 Grand Cherokee fit the bill. Style and looks, 10 out of 10 in my opinion. Good on the mileage and performance. Great dealership and people at Ray's CDJR in Fox Lake. They treat you like you should be, with respect through the entire process.

I was in the market for a used rubicon wrangler, Sherman dodge had the vehicle I wanted. Upon my arrival I was greeted by Jesse W and from the time I arrived to the time I left in my new vehicle he was very attentive to my every need! I felt like I left with an amazing deal!

Had a problem with the service department on Saturday when price at payment time was more then discussed. Left dealer pissed off and called when I got home with a cooler head. Nothing was accomplished so I wrote a review that was seen by upper management. Saturday afternoon a gentleman named Mark called to discuss the issue with me. After talking in order to keep me happy and being a returning customer he first had offered his apology for the misunderstanding then refunded the entire service charge price to me. This showed me they're a stand-up dealership. The icing on the cake was the owner Dave called me on Sunday to apologize and assure me he was behind the total refund. Sherman in Skokie a place ypu can feel your needs will be addressed no matter what they are. I will be back in the future. Thanks again Mark and David!

Brought my jeep in with next to no notice, and they were able to detect the problem and fix it by the next morning. Asked about my tire leaking air, and the found the leak and didn’t charge me since they felt bad for not looking before I asked. Great customer service!
