Prestige went to long lengths to find the right car (my wife will ONLY drive a stick, drives me crazy!). No manuals on the lot, so they sought the countryside to get just the right one. Actually, I was very impressed by him backing down when he realized that the car wasn’t what I was looking for. He was patient, kind, let me look things over and did not rush me, and let me test drive it in a little different manner than what he originally suggested in order for me to see if this really was indeed what I wanted. A great sales person! You really find out how great a sales person is when you don’t end up buying the vehicle. Another thing I was impressed with, was the sales manager shot very straight with me on the value of my trade-in car, and actually agreed with me that it might be better for me to sell it out right. I was expecting him to lowball me, and then try to get me to give it to them for a little to nothing. But was pleasantly surprised when he was very honest about not only the retail value, but what he could offer, and what it would probably be in my best interest to do.

I have bought a lot of vehicles in my life time but this was by far the easiest and most pleasurable car buying experience I have ever had. I sent an email to the dealership around 1:45pm to inquire about a car, drove to the dealership at 5:00pm and drove home at 7:30pm that same day.
