On sat Aug 14th, I was greeted right of way by Jake S. He was super friendly and helpful. The best part of this experience was the fact that Jake listened to my requests and needs. Afterwards he asked questions and provided feedback. Most of my experiences when comes to purchasing a new/used vehicle is terrible, they don't care about you or your needs. I recently lost my vehicle due to the flood and needed a vehicle for work. Jake actually cared about my situation and I do believe he went above and beyond to make sure I was happy and got the exact vehicle I wanted. Dylan Osborne was my salesperson. He was quick to reply to my vehicle inquiry. Once we moved forward, I was mostly happy with my service. I misunderstood and thought LoJack and warranty was included in the price as I was not given any price until I saw paperwork. They did come down on delivery price and overall, I am very happy with the Expedition we purchased. One issue I did have was it came with a smoke smell which was not disclosed and I am very sensitive to that. They did purchase an ozone generator which removed the smell and thus far I am very satisfied.
