Found my 2020 Ram at Bill Volz thanks to Cars.com. I was able to shop to find the RAM I wanted, focusing on a 3.92 Rear Axle. I was able to view the original window sticker for the car. Sales pitch was low pressure, not loke the other dealers I visited in my hunt. Bill Volz has been around for a long time, suspect they will remain in business for years to come.

Mike Grimaldi did a great job selling me my Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited. I purchased at the end of November and took advantage of some incentives the manufacturer made available at the last minute. Not only did I want a Grand Cherokee, but I wanted an option for automatic emergency braking. The only reason I’m giving 5 stars it’s because of the service rep Chelsea. That young lady was pure class. Very professional from the moment I walked in. Absolutely a pleasure to deal with her. Over the past year I’ve been used to being ignored by the service reps. Saying good morning just to get an acknowledgment. But some people find being on their cell phone and texting is more important than responding to a good morning. You literally have to ask people for help even though there’s customer in front of you. Finally on this trip as soon as I walked in I was greeted by Chelsea. I was very impressed with her professionalism. She was very polite and patient. She did search on the computer and sold me a package. Other Than the big guy outside who takes picture of the cars coming in, Chelsea is the absolute most professional service advisor I have ever dealt with in that dealership. Excellent service. I really felt welcomed on that day.

This is simply the finest dealership anywhere. First of all it is family owned and every member of the family actually works there. One of the owners, Bob Fedor, personally oversaw the purchase of our new Ram. He was 100% available and was in the background throughout our entire experience making sure everything went perfectly. He is honest, caring, and completely forthright. By the time we picked up our new Ram we felt like we were a part of his family. Our salesman, Mark Setaro, couldn't have been more professional or helpful. Mark was knowledgeable about every aspect of our purchase and helped me from start to finish making himself available at all times even when he wasn't working. Buying a new vehicle can be extremely stressful, however, when you have a professional such as Mark guiding you through the process it is anything but. The purchase of our 2022 Ram Rebel was a surprise gift for my wife and Mark and Bob went to great lengths to make it all happen.
