She went above and beyond looking for the right vehicle for me. Lisa was very agressive helping me to get to the right price. Went in for a state inspection around 8:30am and left around 10:00am. Friendly staff, complimentary hot beverages and water with available vending machine. Will visit again.

Visit was due a recall. The initial contact with Michael Nabinger was friendly, warm and professional. He advised me what would take place, asked for my info, then asked if there was anything further he could do on this visit. He gave me a time frame for the work to be done, and was spot on. This was the easiest service visit to date. Would take it back for any future service.

I just purchased a new jeep wrangler from route 18 auto.I have purchased many new vehicles,usually from local dealerships. This time I travelled about 50 miles to rt 18 auto. Eugene Pascucci “talked us through” several Pine Belt offerings which matched our checklist needs. After ongoing conversations and email photos between Eugene and my son, a vehicle was chosen.
