If you can get out there to Hemet to buy a car from these guys, then I highly suggest doing so. The staff was incredibly friendly, and not a bit pushy in the slightest. Brandy set up my appointment, but unfortunately had another appointment that she was still working on when I got there. So, she set me up with Champ, who was great as well. Again, not pushy at all, and the only thing he tried to do for me was get me the lowest price possible. Eric was great too (the finance guy). A very genuine person, who also only tried to get me the lowest price possible. At the end of the day, I ended up with a brand new incredible Dodge Challenger, that was almost 10k off of the MSRP value. Even after taxes, the car was still around 5k off of the MSRP value before taxes. Everyone I experienced there was incredibly helpful, had great energy, and I even got to ring a gong after I signed my deal (plus they have a free popcorn machine). Excellent dealership, 5 stars. I was having issues with the steering or alignment on my Jeep. I made the appointment and they got me in right away. Josh Petty was my service writer and he exceeded my expectations. He did a thorough inspection and made several recommendations. I appreciated this as I am always concerned for my safety as well as the safety of my passengers. The work was done in a quick manner and it is driving like a champ! I highly recommend Josh Petty, I could tell he really cares about the client.

I had never heard of a waiting list at a dealership but they had one. We arrived at about noon an waited for about 10 minutes before someone helped us. It was a great and fun process. Long because buying a car is never quick but we left feeling like we got a good deal and happy with our new car.
