I had been looking for a Heavy Duty RAM Cummins for a month or so and Executive had (2) that I was interested in a 3500 and a 2500. I contacted the dealership via an email and the internet salesperson replied promptly. I then went to the dealership where I was introduced to Rich my salesperson. We took each truck for a test drive so that I could decide which one was the best fit. Once I made the decision, they evaluated my leased truck and made me an offer $1100 more than what the buyout of the lease was. Things were then turned over to Chris the Finance Manager and he worked his magic to get me a great rate with the payment that I had asked for. I picked up the 2500 on Saturday and could not be happier. I highly recommend Executive Dodge Ram. PS I traveled an hour and a half from NE Ct to Wallingford and the trip was worth it. Darrell

Just purchased my 2nd Jeep from them. Salesman (Frank) was great. Not too pushy with warranty stuff. Used my credit union for a great rate on financing but dealership said they would have matched it, so shop around for the loan as well as the car itself.

This is simply the finest dealership anywhere. First of all it is family owned and every member of the family actually works there. One of the owners, Bob Fedor, personally oversaw the purchase of our new Ram. He was 100% available and was in the background throughout our entire experience making sure everything went perfectly. He is honest, caring, and completely forthright. By the time we picked up our new Ram we felt like we were a part of his family. Mark was knowledgeable about every aspect of our purchase and helped me from start to finish making himself available at all times even when he wasn't working. Buying a new vehicle can be extremely stressful, however, when you have a professional such as Mark guiding you through the process it is anything but. Found my 2020 Ram at Bill Volz thanks to Cars.com. I was able to shop to find the RAM I wanted, focusing on a 3.92 Rear Axle. I was able to view the original window sticker for the car. Sales pitch was low pressure, not loke the other dealers I visited in my hunt. Bill Volz has been around for a long time, suspect they will remain in business for years to come.
