She went above and beyond looking for the right vehicle for me. Lisa was very agressive helping me to get to the right price. This is a great vehicle on the road and I would recommend this to another consumer who may be thinking of leasing or buying a Jeep Cherokee.

Overall quick friendly well informed more expensive than the past but the vehicle was ready earlier than expected. All personnel were accommodating making sure I was taken care of a satisfied.

Oh my let me tell you, mike was so very great! And the Pacifica is so amazing better the any mini van I ever owned. 😍

Brought my challenger for rear end noise and after inspection It had a bad rear end and needed to be replaced . So between my extended warranty and power train warranty it was totally covered.Chris was my service representative and was excellent smooth experience.

In addition, Dave Kidd was also helpful answering our numerous questions and giving his experienced vehicle insight of considered vehicles. After ongoing conversations and email photos between Eugene and my son, a vehicle was chosen. My son took a train and Uber to Pine Belt, went on a test ride, signed on the line, and hours later drove away to his home in NYC. The point of main effort for this note is to highlight the amount of time Eugene put into matching a customer to a “right fit” vehicle. He advised me what would take place, asked for my info, then asked if there was anything further he could do on this visit. He gave me a time frame for the work to be done, and was spot on. This was the easiest service visit to date. Would take it back for any future service.
