Gabe Crump was very help full today at the lot. We drove into the lot and with in seconds of looking around Gabe was able to show us some cars that suited my interests. While doing so we were able to take a look at all the cars on the lot and find the right one for me. With just a couple test drives and signatures later I was walking off the lot with the registration to my new car. Eric Jensen went above and beyond when I went into Wickstrom Jeep to purchase a new vehicle. I gave him an idea of what I was looking for and he showed me a couple of Jeeps, but they just didn't fit. He then took me to Lincoln and finally Ford where I found something that fit my needs/wants and was also affordable. He was patient and answered all of my questions and was able to find the right vehicle for me. I've been driving it for 5 days and couldn't be happier. He was with me for the entire process and helped me get oriented to the new vehicle and systems that were so different from previous my vehicle. We were thinking about purchasing a used vehicle we found online. The salesman who helped us, Zak Ullrich was very nice and personable. He explained our financing options and was INCREDIBLY patient as we tried to decide which vehicle made sense for us (that took some time).
