For several years recently, I was taking my GM product to a younger great mechanic who had his own shop. His expertise was perfect and was very reasonably priced. His schedule soon got pretty heavy and I needed something done sooner rather than later - he recommended EVS in Saukville. Turns out he was trained at that EVS. The sales team did a good job, Dan did a great job showing us vehicles and was knowledgeable. They went above and beyond to find us a vehicle from another dealer after the car we selected was sold the same day. The unpleasant part was working with the finance guy, who overall seemed like a nice guy, but was unrelenting, almost obnoxious on pushing for the service contracts, after multiple "no's". My wife and I were being patient and considerate, but it did leave a bad taste, on what was a pretty positive experience. Ashley was also very helpful and prompt communicating and Justin was always proffesional. We would return, but not put up with the stuff outlined above.
