I've been buying New cars from them since 2016: 2016 Ram, 2018 Demon, 2021 Durango Hellcat, 2023 Durango Hellcat, 2023 Challenger Redeye and 2023 Demon170 and time after time, they consistently show me that they value my business and why I shouldn't go anywhere else. Up front pricing, easy to deal with staff, even the leadership team is happy to field my questions/calls. They dont pad the purchases with trumped up fees (zero doc fee), and they genuinely care about their customers. I have bought more cars from this one dealership, than any other, and its because of the PEOPLE. I can get my Dodges from anywhere, BUT I chose to get them from Steve White Motors, because of the great people and fair prices (better than fair, exceptional)! Heck, I even buy my dodge parts from them :) Genuinely love this place, they make it feel WAY less like the typical car dealership and more like visiting friends (who you just happen to buy cars from)!

My experience started when I saw the truck listing in cars.com. It was a Saturday night and I left my information via eprice request. Monday morning I received a call from Rich Womack the car advisor. He introduced himself and advised truck was available. After discussing the truck I told Rich that I would call back in a few minutes. I did and in a hour or so I purchased the truck. It was a pleasure buying from Rich as there was never any pressure and I was comfortable. Picked up the truck and another pleasurable experience. Great dealership and outstanding car advisor Rich Womack.

All in all this was a very pleasant car buying experience. Tom Dempsey, the owner of the dealership, personally found me the car I was looking for at the price I could afford. Elijah then took over and did an amazing job showing us how to operate all of the electronic features this car has. He was extremely professional and patient and he walked us through everything. very good selection.My new renegade had 2600 miles,looked new.Upon inspection at home,underhood, very dirty, underside dirty, nail in the right rear tire.car was not preparared. No jack in the car to remove tire, My floor jack did not fit,jack must be a pinch weld special adapter.Keith in serv dept refused to fix tire unless I signed to pay 30 dollars.I told him I only drove home, the nail is rusted from previous use.He refused to listen, told me to use my floor jack with a 2x4., refused to explain how. I know how to plug a tire,but unable to use my jack.Two hours to plug a tire.MY last visit to the service dept. auto mechanics is my hobby for 50 years. I still like the renegade,good quality, even though no spare and no jack, and no tools.

We had a great experience at this dealer. They had listed the vehicle I wanted on cars.com and I hit the button to verify availability early on the morning after a long weekend. The Customer Service Manager, Layla, is exceptionally responsive. She called me within an hour to verify. By lunchtime, thanks to the help of Caleb and a very professional and efficient staff, we had our new Jeep. This was the best experience (among many, many) we’ve had in purchasing a vehicle. Everyone was professional and friendly, everything was done just right and we’re grateful. We’ll be back.

Purchased a truck from Lucas, great kid, fair price and relatively smooth process. All other staff were friendly and attentive to our needs. Some minor issues with the vehicle-so far service department is on it-we will see if issue gets resolved.

Buying our 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee from Buds was totally hassle free. Cory went above and beyond to answer all of my questions and concerns in a pleasant, professional manner. If anyone asks me where to go to buy a new vehicle, I'l tell them to go visit Buds and ask for Cory.

Salesman Peyton was great to work with. I didn?t really know what I wanted other than I wanted a truck and my budget. Brought several things out to show me until we found something that checked all my the boxes. Would have given Customer Service 5 stars, but finance manager wasn?t very personable, almost rude when I asked a question.

Process was incredibly simple and Blayne (salesman) and the finance group were awesome. I was coming from out of state and they were able to accommodate me and I drove my truck home within 45 minutes of getting there. I can’t recommend them enough!
