After visiting 2 other dealerships, we decided to check out some used Jeep's in North Olmsted and we were pleased with the entire experience. We were greeted immediately and professionally upon arriving. Our salesman, Mark, walked us right out to the Jeep we were there to check out and explained all the features, how they were certified, etc. The Jeep was even better than we imagined and we regretted wasting our time at other dealerships prior to coming to North Olmsted. When we are in the market for another vehicle we'd definitely go back.

We had two great salesmen helping us in finding the perfect Pacifica for us. Rick and Mark were exceptional. My husband is handicapped and can get a little grumpy. They both went out of their way to make him comfortable. They brought the cars to us so we did not need to walk the lot. I am a repeat customer and the Mazda vehicle speaks for itself... but GREAT customer Service cannot. When I was shopping to renew my lease, I was able to contact Charles Clark in VW - as I thought I might switch from Mazda to VW. When we could not get the pricing to work, Charles sent me to Ravi Patel. He was helpful, kind and very knowledgeable about all the products in my inquiries. Through the deal, I also met with Joel Cruz. He was a whiz at getting me the best price, the best vehicle and provided the best service. Now, I do not live close... I live about 35 miles away... but I will ALWAYS come back to Brunswick for this high quality of service. Kudos to Brunswick for doing it right!
