Jonathan Martinez was GREAT!!! I explained my needs to him. I did not want anything too big. I have been in a Nissan for 13 yrs. Jonathan recommended the Compass and I find it to be just the right size for me. I love, love, love it. He explained the features to me which I am having a ball experimenting with. I highly recommend Johnson Dodge service department. I have been using John Johnson for service for more than 10 years. Their Service writers are knowledgeable and the service department is very trustworthy. In my opinion, they are probably the best CDJ service dealership in the area that’s why they are so busy. Anne, Director of Parts and Service and Courtney, Service Manager are exceptional. I usually deal with Briana and Jennie as Service writers and they are great. They at times are difficult to get hold of by phone because of this but they are worth it. They now are starting to text updates which is a big help. John Johnson service always does very good work on my cars. It’s the only dealership use.

Without an appointment, I went to the “Express Lane” first thing in morning for a routine oil change and tire rotation. I was told it should take about an hour. The work was completed in under hour and the service writer was pleasant and a pleasure to deal with. This was a much better experience than the ones had with another dealership where I purchased my previous jeep

Getting your car serviced is never fun but it's made better with someone like Joseph Janzen who is upfront about the time it will take and how much it will cost. He's been great in the past about helping me decide what needs to be done and what can wait, and is just an all-around nice person clearly looking out for whoever comes his way.

Brought it in for Express Service and asked for them to check everything out as I was going on a long trip. They inspected everything and said that there were no problems with anything. Have never had any complaints about their service department.
