After an accident he assisted me through the paperwork, spoke up on the disparately of the quote by the insurance assessment versus the reality of the hours and parts needed to return my vehicle to its original state. He helped me attain a loaner car during the lengthy process in getting the bodywork done. Pulled thru as I only had 30 minutes to look before appt and saw Truck I liked. Told Ben price and what I wanted for my trade in as I wanted low pressure in and out fast. He did that exactly and I was back in and out in hour. Took longer to transfer items from my truck to new Truck. Ben was great listener and did Great Job!! Well worth the visit!! Satisfied!!

Have to say my experience at RHCJ was wonderful. My salesperson, Mike Bart, was great. Very helpful. Unfortunately, when my Jeep Grand Cherokee had a little over 6,000 miles on it, I was sideswiped & the car had to go into the body shop. Well, Traylene happened to be assigned to my account. She could not have been nicer. She kept me abreast of the progress of the repairs & stayed on top of things the entire time the car was in for repairs. Can’t say enough about the very positive experiences I’ve had with this dealership.
