New and used 2025 Jeep Grand Cherokee SUVs for sale near Point Lookout, NY

Went into Bayside this weekend for my third Jeep from them. I got exactly what I wanted. Great sales team. Their service department needs some work but overall a great place.

Mike Grimaldi did a great job selling me my Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited. I purchased at the end of November and took advantage of some incentives the manufacturer made available at the last minute. Not only did I want a Grand Cherokee, but I wanted an option for automatic emergency braking. Mike knew this option and was able to describe it in detail -- in addition to all the other features of this vehicle. I remain pleasantly surprised by the features baked into my Jeep. I appreciate the confidence the Jeep brand has on the road. And I appreciate the time spent by Mike Grimaldi to ensure I was completely satisified. This is the first time I purchased a Jeep Grand Cherokee. Salesperson, Jhonatan Rubio was extremely friendly and answered all of our questions. Other employees there at Star Jeep were very friendly and helpful as well, like the finance man. The car handles beautifully and I am very happy with my purchase! Had a great experience at the dealership walked in and drove out with my new 2025 Durango. The sales rep, Demetry Blair was very helpful in helping me get the car I want for the price I was looking for. The financing department guy lamar was great and help me with the price I was willing to pay a month for the car.

Dealership was very nice and Louis was awesome to work with while negotiating our price. Also Alex was very nice and helpful during our time at the dealership finalizing the sale. I was very skeptical going into this sale because of many of the reviews I read online and the experience I had with other dealers leading up to find the car we were looking at this dealership. The only thing I would give slight criticism to was the length of time we were at this dealership, I felt like it could have moved along a little faster but hey, most car buying experiences are this way. With that said, the dealership looks amazing and from our experience was amazing. I would buy from them again.

This place is absolutly awesome. At first I was hesitant to go to brooklyn for a car. I live on Long Island and we all know how that Belt Parkway can be. I spoke to Leah several times by text. After going from dealership to dealership I was exhausted with the games they were playing. She assured me we would work out a deal and I would go home with a car that day. I also had a trade in that the other dealers were beating me up on( Make sure when you trade your car in they give you trade in value not wholesale value) Several dealers tried that game on me, not Brooklyn Dodge. I walked in we spoke for about 30 minutes and the manager Steve along Leah carved out the perfect deal. Traded my car in for a fair price, drove home with my beautiful 2025 Frostbite Blue Durango RT Plus. Respectful, treated me and my son as gentlemen.
