After an accident he assisted me through the paperwork, spoke up on the disparately of the quote by the insurance assessment versus the reality of the hours and parts needed to return my vehicle to its original state. He helped me attain a loaner car during the lengthy process in getting the bodywork done. They also make a point to make sure there are not any recalls and if there are they take care of them then, instead of having me make another appointment and having to come back

He was down to earth, helpful, and friendly. He made sure that I was comfortable with everything before I left the lot before I left with my new car. He took what has always been a horrible experience for me and made my shopping experience one I actually enjoyed. I will definitely be back to them whenever the need for a car arises again.
