I have gone to no one else for service on my 2016 Town & Country van. Their customer service skills are unprecedented, even compared to customer skills of yesteryear!! They don't over-sell repairs. They check your vehicle according to the maintenance manual and make you aware of issues.... with no pressure to repair said issues! My next vehicle will be purchased from them!

I was in the market for a Jeep Grand Cherokee and from the start Ryan Pettit, a sales specialist there, was on top of things. I initially received a personalized video acknowledging that they received my inquiry. I was able to communicate back and forth with questions and Ryan put up with this for about a week and a half. Ryan was very down to earth, not pushy, and very honest about the cars we talked about and I couldn’t appreciate that more. Would I go back and get another car from here? Absolutely. Shane & his fellow workers have the best customer skills around, especially during a time customer service is almost non-existent. Their body shop, mechanic's and sales persons are top notch. Not pushy, but very informative. I've had 20 years experience with them.

The guys in the service department took care of me. they were courteous and went out of their way to make sure I got handled. Even left the car inside over the weekend to fix an issue.

Had a flat tire on our 2022 Jeep Cherokee, vehicle didn't have a spare tire or fix a flat. Mike at Ryan's front counter was super to work with and found that we had roadside assistance. Got me the phone number and had the vehicle towed to Buffalo. Mike also ordered the fix a flat that was suppose to be in the vehicle when purchased. Service repaired the tire in a timely manner. Everyone my husband and I talked to was super friendly and so nice!! No one was pushy, I never felt irritated or upset. The whole process was a bit long....5 hours we were there to buy a '25 Dodge Ram Big Horn 1500 crew cab. Jose, Bob, Aaron, Adam and Fernando were extremely nice and very helpful. We purchased a 2025 C8 Corvette Stingray Convertible from out of state from Jeff Belzer's New Prague Chevy in Minnesota. They had the color (Hysteria Purple Metallic) and options we wanted (Z51 performance package). While a local dealer here in Las Vegas could order me that car, Jeff Belzer Chevy had if for a great price. We worked with Jayden Neary in finance who got us great APR on financing. It was easy signing electronically, wiring the down payment and even had a notary come out for the title work. The dealership manager, David Bruns kept me updated on transport and provided pictures of it being loaded. David answered any questions I had. He is very responsive and made me feel like my business is appreciated. When you call in, the people answering the phones are very nice. Shout out to Emily & Zach for providing great customer service. The corvette arrived in enclosed transport safe and sound. I love my new car.

This is the only place to purchase your new jeep.... make sure to deal with Luke!!!.... he made the whole process easy and didn't use the standard high pressure tactics ... I'll definitely deal with him again in the future.... even though the place is being remodeled currently they still strive to provide the best service possible!!

Was very happy with the repairs on my jeep.I just wish the warranty would have covered more. It is also nice to know that all the work done is under warranty for two years.
