This is my 2nd time buying with them and both times i had a great experience. This time better than last we bought a WRX which is my husbands DREAM car and they did everything in their power to make it work and I am so grateful! even when we had concerns they were solved immediately! very great place to buy a car! The manager was also great addressed my concerns properly and didn't make me feel "crazy" like other dealerships.

I would like to recognize Service Advisor, Kevin, for the outstanding customer care he provided managing the repair of my 2023 Jeep at Fullerton CDJR. My wife is disabled and I am the primary caregiver. I discussed my situation with Kevin and asked him to do what he could to address the repair of my car in a timeframe that would enable me to continue to provide the care my wife needs. At the time my car needed repair the service department was extremely busy. Kevin prioritized my request in scheduling and worked with a service technician to repair my car. I came to the dealership late in the afternoon. The very next day my car was repaired and I was able to pick up my car. The service Kevin and the service technician provided was exceptional.

Great service dept. Always up front and informative. Especially when they could sell services or parts not needed immediately. I walked out with a quote and information for when my parts would need replacing

Went in for a state inspection around 8:30am and left around 10:00am. Friendly staff, complimentary hot beverages and water with available vending machine. Will visit again.

Our experience with Chapman Ford of Horsham was our second time dealing with a Chapman Auto Group Dealership. Both experiences were fantastic! We placed our order with Ashlie for a 2024 Ford F150. She was very helpful throughout the process and kept us up to date on our order status. Once the truck arrived at the dealership, we worked with John to get the lease deal figured out. He was very responsive and knowledgeable. When we arrived to pick up the truck, we worked with Liz who also handled our Grand Cherokee pick up and is always a pleasure to work with. Steve in sales helped to find a last minute offer from Ford and saved us some additional money on the truck which was very much appreciated! Finally, Kyle assisted in finalizing the financing. He was very knowledgeable and efficient and was able to answer any questions we had. The process was very quick but did not feel rushed. This is my 3rd vehicle purchased from Reedman Toll and second RAM. I hit 350,000+ miles on my 2004 RAM, 125,000+ on my Jeep Cherokee and recently on my 2019 RAM 100,000 miles. All servicing at Reedman Toll. I recently returned from a 10,000 mile trip to the Arctic circle & Alaska and my vehicle had no issues. On my return I had the 100,000 mile service done and all fluids replaced. They did a great job. I would highly recommend Reedman Toll.
