What a great look. I have bought several cars and trucks over the past few years, from 2 trucks for me and helped the family with other cars. I wanted to get something for looks and the 2025 Grand Cherokee fit the bill. Style and looks, 10 out of 10 in my opinion. Good on the mileage and performance. Great dealership and people at Ray's CDJR in Fox Lake. They treat you like you should be, with respect through the entire process.

Their service department is first rate led by Marco. I’d never trust them to buy a car again from them but I bring my car for service all the time!

John was clear and honest with me , the price on the internet was the price on the purchase order. No nonsense , no haggling , no games. Easy and fast. I went to my local Dodge dealer near Santa Monica, and apparently they were too busy to help. Talking to them, they didn’t seem capable of doing anything other than changing the oil on cars, or selling them way over MSRP. I have been putting off getting my car serviced for a while as I had been dreading the car dealer service ‘experience.’ I need not have worried. I was met at the Ellis service entrance at the time of my appointment by Jerry the manager. It was a great welcome and he was super helpful and positive. He made had sure I knew exactly where to go. I then proceeded to the service desk where I was met by Eder. We d discussed a few things that my car needed and did the paperwork. The service really was amazing and really fast. A few hours later Eder called me and went through the specific list of things that needed doing. He managed to get most of it covered by the warranty, and gave me the choice of what was and what was not essential of the remaining items. He gave me a fair set of options and prices. It was also great to find out that Eder is really knowledgeable, it like I was speaking directly to the mechanic. Throughout the process, the communication by text and phone was really fast and impressive. I seriously wish my local dealer was as good as the guys at Ellis. Fortunately, I am happy to travel to the other side of town to have these guys look after my car. The level of service and the quality of work was exceptional. Another great service visit at Safford Jeep! I owned a Mercedes for many years and was accustomed to superior service...and had high expectations. Safford Jeep service department always exceeds my expectations with efficient, expert service, and friendly, courteous treatment. Most of my satisfaction comes from the efforts of my service advisor Alex Alvarado. It's nice to be greeted by someone who knows you, and your vehicles. I'm certain he'll be the manager of a service department at some point. Keep up the good work Safford Jeep!

I was concerned about making a used truck purchase from out-of-state, however Garry Texeira made the process so easy. He sent us additional pictures and videos to ensure that we were satisfied with the condition of the vehicle. When we arrived, he not only picked us up personally from the airport, the truck was detailed and full of gas, and the paperwork was pre-prepared for us to sign. We were on the road in minutes! Don’t know where to start regarding my experience with Victor CDJR. I recently purchased a used Corvette. Everyone on the staff was enormously helpful, Kellie who assisted by phone ( I live outside Buffalo) to Kevin Renna my salesperson to the business manager. Low pressure, helpful and knowledgeable. The vehicle was fairly priced and the experience was great. Further, this company has integrity, something that’s in short supply too often. I say that as during the vehicle inspection the technician discovered dry rot on the inside of the tires. I would never have known. Instead of ignoring the issue or advising I’d need to replace the tire Victor CDJR replaced all of them at no charge. Not a cheap thing to do. If you’re looking for honesty and integrity look no further.
