Very nice facility with a great group of helpful people. Service department is great. We have been dealing with Daniel Rubio for several years and have always had a positive experience. We purchased 3 new vehicles through Chen and have always had a positive experience with him.

This is the 3rd Jeep product we have owned over the years, first was a Grand Cherokee Laredo, then most recently a 2012 Jeep Liberty Sport. We just purchased the 2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee Ltd in Febrary 2023. This Jeep is the most luxuary we've ever had in a vehicle, it has everything but the cooling seats which would be nice as we live in FL. This will be a dinghy towed vehicle behind our Class A motorhome. We also towed the Liberty Sport.

I love my jeep! I have reached the 110k mark and there have been no issues with my jeep. I ensure to do the regular maintenance and keep it running like new. There's a reason why the resale value on jeeps is high :) The interior is comfortable and gives you a feeling of luxury without the crazy high price tag. Honestly the only downside to having a jeep is the mpg, but that is what you get with a jeep:)

I have purchased well over 50 cars for myself and advised on at least 30 more. I have had several less than favorable experiences at multiple dealerships across the years. It has got to the point where going out to purchase a new car is something that gives me a tremendous amount of anxiety. I can honestly say that from our salesperson Andres, the sales manager Taylor all the way to Reuben in the finance dept. everyone we dealt with was friendly and honest. The entire car buying experience was topnotch!

I HATE is the warning 'Place Two Hands On Wheel' as it goes off even when I have both hands on the wheel - No matter where I place my hands on the wheel it goes off. Since it is connected to the Lane Departure feature in order to not have to hear a constant warning alarm for Two Hands on Wheel I have to turn off the Lane Departure feature (which I love).

I bought my Jeep from Ali over a year ago. I've had such poor luck with vehicle purchases in the past that I was very nervous. Ali was very patient with me and genuinely seemed to want to help me find the best vehicle. He was very willing to work with me on the cost and repairs, and even drove the jeep to my mechanic to have it looked at before I agreed to purchase it. This Jeep has been a dream! I love it so much. I love so much Jeep cars and they are reliable and heavy duty, my concern is about lights I offen replace them, oil cooling system, shocks and water circulation. Other that this is a number 1 car. I love it.

Absoutely love the Jeep Grand Cherokee 4X4, but especially the added equipment on the Sterling edition . I wish they had not made any changes to the 2022. This is my favorite vehicle ever.

Bought my first Jeep Grand Cherokee in January of 2022. I was in a wreck where another vehicle hit me and threw me off the road into a ditch. I went airborne and came down hard. It was a miracle I did not flip. All of my driver-side airbags deployed (front and back) and I walked away with minor injuries. This vehicle kept me safe and I will have another one to replace the totaled Jeep from my wreck.

Luis Flora was awesome! He took the time to listen to my long list of 'must-haves/wants' in a car and showed me several options. He let me take my time to test drive several cars and decide which one I liked best. I mentioned one of the vehicles made a funny sound and he immediately sent that one off to the shop to be reviewed; this reassured me that they take quality seriously. I'm SO happy with my purchase!

Love my jeep. They have come a long way baby!! I am now a Jeep girl for life and recommend them highly. No matter the weather my Grand Cherokee gets me there in comfort and safety.

So I drove up from Colorado Springs to see a 2018 Chrysler 300 S that they had just received, my appointment was with Ezekiel but he had to step away and Forrest helped me out and what an amazing job the entire crew did. They didn?t miss a beat when it came to taking care of me. It was a long day, but they got me taken care of and rolled back to Colorado Springs that night in my 300. The detailing could have been a little better, but with it being so late I guess I understand. The car is amazing, I will have to get rid of the hard water stains but overall good to go

The turning radius is the best for the size of this suv. The brakes are quick to respond. The 4x4 is a must. The only downside is that they aren't all standard with a trailer hitch. Love the sunroof, the all leather interior.

I was in need of a new car . The one i had was bought in 2005 but the year of the car is 2001. I wanted something a bit newer and affordable. I didn't catch the guy's name since my dad was the one who dealt with him first. No pressure at all. He was very helpful. I test drove the car and loved how it drove along with it's a big upgrade to what i had. So decided to buy it. I bought a 2012 Infiniti G25x, leather seats, AWD. front seat heaters, sun roof, backup camera, defrost on the side mirrors and it's a V6. I love it. I highly recommend buying a car here.

I looked at and drove the car on the last day of 2020. I had heard that dealers will make sacrificial offers just to reduce their inventory as the year was ending. That is not true of all dealers. I drove and loved the 2018 Grand Cherokee SUMMIT but the dealer was not as sacrificial as I needed. We were thousands of dollars apart so I started the new year with my old car!
