The experience was awful, but I wish there was more proactive communication?I had to call to get updates (my truck was there for THIRTY DAYS) rather than me being reached out to with updates. I understand parts are delayed, and working with insurance companies is never easy, I just wish I was reached out with updates rather than the effort getting out back on the customer.

Service was completed in a timely manner. Service representatives are very courteous and kept me informed of progress and made additional recommendation for service. I agreed that additional service will need to be done but at a later time, ie transmission and fuel system.

Love my GC 80th Anniversary Edition. A little over 15K miles and she’s been in the shop 2 times now with a squeaking coming from the engine. Tensioner rod and idle sensor were replaced first, they had it for almost a month. alternator was just replaced, they had it for a week. Picked her up last night, drove her this morning and it’s still squeaking! Very frustrated but hoping to get her fixed!

I HATE is the warning 'Place Two Hands On Wheel' as it goes off even when I have both hands on the wheel - No matter where I place my hands on the wheel it goes off. Since it is connected to the Lane Departure feature in order to not have to hear a constant warning alarm for Two Hands on Wheel I have to turn off the Lane Departure feature (which I love).

Tony and was quick and awesome! Bobby and I had a great time with paperwork, weird huh?! And Tom was great being that he understands my genius. I love this place!

I love my jeep! I have reached the 110k mark and there have been no issues with my jeep. I ensure to do the regular maintenance and keep it running like new. There's a reason why the resale value on jeeps is high :) The interior is comfortable and gives you a feeling of luxury without the crazy high price tag. Honestly the only downside to having a jeep is the mpg, but that is what you get with a jeep:)

There was an issue with the non-availability of the replacement part. They were able to obtain one within a reasonable period of time.

We bought this car for our daughter. Elvis could not have been any better. He was so patient with us and I would recommend anyone looking for a vehicle to go see Elvis. He was a rock star.
