I recently visited JC Lewis Ford to explore the 2025 Ford Escape Hybrid, and I had an excellent experience from start to finish. DJ and Sam were my sales associates, and they were friendly, professional, and incredibly thorough throughout the process. They offered great pricing upfront, with no pressure or gimmicks. What really stood out was their willingness to let me take the vehicle home for an extended test drive, which gave me time to really evaluate whether it would be the right fit for my family. Ultimately, I decided not to move forward with the Escape—not because of anything lacking in the dealership experience, but because Ford’s current hybrid lineup doesn’t include a 3-row SUV, which is something I need for my growing family. I also already own a 2017 Escape, so I wasn’t sure the newer model would offer the added space and flexibility I was looking for. I ended up purchasing a Kia Sorento Hybrid elsewhere, but I can’t say enough good things about JC Lewis Ford and especially DJ and Sam. If Ford releases a 3-row hybrid with higher MPG in the future, this dealership will absolutely be my first stop. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a friendly, customer-focused car-buying experience!

Awesome experience. My husband and I looked at practically every mid size SUV Known to man. Of all the dealerships we visited and all the sales personell we met (including two other far substandard VW dealerships), McDonalds VW ranked #1! The most respectful and helpful sales personell! Tanner and Atticus were both polished, kind, patient, and highly intelligent in their sales positions. I had the best dealership experience purchasing my new 2025 Ram 3500 dually pickup truck from AutoNation located in Spring, TX. I live in CT and was searching for a new truck when a friend pointed me to AutoNation's website. After a few clicks I found the truck I wanted and submitted an online inquiry. Hector Guevara, the sales person, helped me through the purchasing process via texts, phone calls and emails. He was extremely helpful and answered all of my questions. When it came to signing paperwork, AutoNation Spring TX reached out to Mt. Kisco Land Rover (their sister company) to do a courtesy signing at their dealership. Once the signed paperwork arrived back to Texas, Hector got the truck ready for transport (cleaning, temporary plate etc.). Hector went above and beyond to get me into my new truck, facilitating the process from beginning to end, even on his days off. If you're looking for a different vehicle purchasing experience I highly recommend AutoNation, especially the facility in Spring, TX.
