Comfort and attention to detail is outstanding. Fuel mileage is fair and the only minor issue was the steering wheel was about 4 degrees from center.

She is very friendly and personable while being also very knowledgeable. I've owned many cars and also been through a lot of leases.After financing a 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee, I figured i needed a safety technology upgrade and leased a 2018 JGC High Altitude. I fell IN LOVE with this car. I normally trade or sell a car within 2 years, but i couldn't see myself giving it up. I ended up buying my lease out and haven't regretted it for a SECOND. It's a gorgeous car, reliable, and comfortable with every bell and whistle except auto pilot.

Took vehicle in on Friday and it was done on Monday morning. I appreciate the fast turn around and the communication was great. Will be back again!

I looked at and drove the car on the last day of 2020. I had heard that dealers will make sacrificial offers just to reduce their inventory as the year was ending. That is not true of all dealers. I drove and loved the 2018 Grand Cherokee SUMMIT but the dealer was not as sacrificial as I needed. We were thousands of dollars apart so I started the new year with my old car!

Nick and Michael saved the day for me! The Tahoe I had ordered at another dealer was not filled by Chevy, which left me scrambling! I am from out of state, and they held the exact Tahoe I wanted, mailed the paperwork to me, and allowed me to fly in to pick it up!

I enjoy the vehicle. It is the Overland model with the High-Altitude trim package. Very comfortable. Full size spare tire non-visible under the cargo area. Drawbacks: 1. It is like driving a computer. For an old guy (78) like me it took a lot of learning. My 12-year-old Grandson helped me out. 2. The consul is small with nowhere to set things down. 2 cup holders that fill up with stuff for lack of other places to put things. Nowhere to hang a trash bag. There are three storage areas: the usual glove box and two under the arm rest built into the consul which are very difficult to use when underway. Bottom Line: I love my Jeep.

Dealer has only high end (loaded to the gills) cars in stock, so it is impossible to try the car with average options and reasonable price
