Master Technician Solved Problem Others Couldn't

I was going to write a letter - so you've saved me a stamp. I am over the top with excitement and extremely grateful. My check engine light has been on (I'm driving on expired plates) for 3 years. I took my CR-V to a dealership in Greensboro a couple times - and after several hundred dollars, them "claiming" it was repaired - I would drive down the road and it would come back on within a couple blocks.
First - Kelly did a super job finding out what I needed, and assuring me that your technicians would start with the simple fix - instead of haphazardly replacing things. She had your master technician (sorry, I don't know his name) work on it. They determined the problem (a $60 part) and ordered the part. I needed new tires, but wasn't going to put them on if the engine light issue wasn't fixed. Because of the delay on the part, they sent me home in a loaner car. On Thursday, Kelly wasn't working but Kurt helped me. They got the part, installed it, the master technician took my car for a long enough test drive to make sure it was working properly. We proceeded on the tires. Your cashier (again, I apologize for not knowing her name) helped me with my bill (a fraud alert had been triggered on my card, so I had to fix that with my bank). So...late last night I picked up my car, and happily drove home with no check engine light - and brand new tires (plus all of the additional maintenance work that was overdue completed). Truly impressed!!!
