I HATE is the warning 'Place Two Hands On Wheel' as it goes off even when I have both hands on the wheel - No matter where I place my hands on the wheel it goes off. Since it is connected to the Lane Departure feature in order to not have to hear a constant warning alarm for Two Hands on Wheel I have to turn off the Lane Departure feature (which I love).

This is the 3rd Jeep product we have owned over the years, first was a Grand Cherokee Laredo, then most recently a 2012 Jeep Liberty Sport. We just purchased the 2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee Ltd in Febrary 2023. This Jeep is the most luxuary we've ever had in a vehicle, it has everything but the cooling seats which would be nice as we live in FL. This will be a dinghy towed vehicle behind our Class A motorhome. We also towed the Liberty Sport.

I travel alot and rent a lot of cars so i review for possible purchasers. I give the grand cherokee a 8 out of 10. Truck feels very confident and rides well. Id consider purchasing one if it wasnt for one thing…. This car is WAY to heavy for a natrually aspirated V6! The 3.6 is very sluggish and cannot get out of its own way. They need to put a twin turbo in it. Otherwise i would have rated it a 10. Other than slow get up and go… its a winner.

I looked at and drove the car on the last day of 2020. I had heard that dealers will make sacrificial offers just to reduce their inventory as the year was ending. That is not true of all dealers. I drove and loved the 2018 Grand Cherokee SUMMIT but the dealer was not as sacrificial as I needed. We were thousands of dollars apart so I started the new year with my old car!

I've owned many cars and also been through a lot of leases.After financing a 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee, I figured i needed a safety technology upgrade and leased a 2018 JGC High Altitude. I fell IN LOVE with this car. I normally trade or sell a car within 2 years, but i couldn't see myself giving it up. I ended up buying my lease out and haven't regretted it for a SECOND. Our salesman Matt worked in the extreme heat to detail our truck for us himself while we were signing paperwork. It was late and the car wash/detail people were already gone. He was soaking wet at the end! He worked hard to make our experience there great! The owner was a great guy too! Even though they are a smaller place, you get that great "hometown" type of service with excellent car/truck care for any future needs! I definitely recommend!

This is my first Jeep I have ever owned. I always liked the looks of the Grand Cherokee. I’m happy with the vehicle. No complaints except it does like to drink gasoline. My previous 4 vehicles were all 8 cylinder full size pickup trucks. The Jeep being a 6 cylinder eats more gas. The Other than that, I’m very happy with my purchase of my 2022 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Good looks, drives well, comfortable and safe.

Bought my first Jeep Grand Cherokee in January of 2022. I was in a wreck where another vehicle hit me and threw me off the road into a ditch. I went airborne and came down hard. It was a miracle I did not flip. All of my driver-side airbags deployed (front and back) and I walked away with minor injuries. This vehicle kept me safe and I will have another one to replace the totaled Jeep from my wreck.

I left another review where I mentioned my concerns. The dealer responded that I should give them a call so we can discuss the issue. I called, they listened to my concern. They offered an explanation of what happened, explained what they would do to (procedurally) correct the issue in the future, then asked what they could do to make the situation right. I stated what I wanted, and they responded with "that's fair" and actually made the situation right. I am very pleased with this follow up experience, and would shop at Denooyer again. They just saved a customer.
