Absoutely love the Jeep Grand Cherokee 4X4, but especially the added equipment on the Sterling edition . I wish they had not made any changes to the 2022. This is my favorite vehicle ever.

Lewis was very friendly, was not at all pushy. He explained financing options thoroughly without any pressure and didn't try to sell me something I didn't want. It was a very pleasureable experience. Not at all a horror story like some other car buying experiences I've had in the past. If your looking for a honest and pleasant car buying experience ask for Lewis.

This truck has what I need. I needed a 4x4 vehicle in order to not get stuck in the winter and this truck will definitely help.

I looked at and drove the car on the last day of 2020. I had heard that dealers will make sacrificial offers just to reduce their inventory as the year was ending. That is not true of all dealers. I drove and loved the 2018 Grand Cherokee SUMMIT but the dealer was not as sacrificial as I needed. We were thousands of dollars apart so I started the new year with my old car!

We worked with Alex during this visit. He was great. The way that he went through the car buying process was different from any other time I have purchased a car. He was not pushy and wanted to make sure that whatever car I chose was the car I truly enjoyed. He then made sure that the finance officer worked within my realm vs theirs. He went to bat to make sure that I left in something and that something was great. Not only Alex was great though. The entire staff were very friendly, bilingual, knowledgeable, and it just felt right to be there. I would DEFINITELY recommend just based off of this fact. They also have a decent collection of high and low-end vehicles with decent mileage. They work with first time buyers and bad credit as well. Which is a win for many. This vehicle by far is the top of line in the Jeep category. It is the first Jeep vehicle to come out with a diesel engine. It performs outstanding & has plenty of pep and gets good fuel mileage. It is towable if you own a motor home as I do, you can tow it with all wheels on the ground. You can not Tow It On A Tow Dolly. I would recommend this vehicle to everyone who wants to off road or highway driving.

I had my heart set on a used, manual, 06 Subaru Forester, but had heard of head gasket issues with those cars that fail after 120 - 150K miles or so. This particular forester did not have those replaced yet, nor did it really need them replaced yet, as the miles only 75k. These guys gave me an awesome deal on the car, and included replacing the head gaskets in the deal because of the known issue with them. They only charged me for parts. Since they had to take the engine out, they replaced many other things too, just to be thorough; water pump, timing belt, spark plugs, etc. Now I have complete peace of mind that this car should last a long time. I was most impressed with the customer service. Sam and Shawn were fantastic salesmen, extremely helpful, not pushy, answered all my questions with patience. And I especially appreciate Jeff, the mechanic, who took all of my (probably annoying) phone calls and walked me through everything he was doing, and answered all my questions. He gave me the confidence that he did a very thorough, high-quality job. Thank you guys!

Purchased new in 2007. Have 40,000 miles Like NEW on the outside and inside. AV needed new refrigerant at 40,000 miles! Great car, the Summit. Best, of some 50 I have owned. I mean the VERY best. Will probably die with it . . . at age 86. Traditional and FREE recalls . Usually done as Chapman's in Payson (2 years ago we got 36" of snow).

I've owned many cars and also been through a lot of leases.After financing a 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee, I figured i needed a safety technology upgrade and leased a 2018 JGC High Altitude. I fell IN LOVE with this car. I normally trade or sell a car within 2 years, but i couldn't see myself giving it up. I ended up buying my lease out and haven't regretted it for a SECOND. It's a gorgeous car, reliable, and comfortable with every bell and whistle except auto pilot.

After owning my Laredo with the v6, I have fallen in love. After 130k miles of hardly any changes besides those needed because of car accidents, the v6 finally lost its water pump. all fixed and done, it lasted about 20k more miles before changes had to be done that included a new starter and ignition switch. the car is getting there in terms of age, but I still love it. drives like it does day 1, but with some 07 style! hopefully it'll last me to 180k miles as im not a big driver. but the car is my love HIGHS: Joy to drive, comfortable ride, tons and tons of cargo space, best winter car you could buy LOWS: Abysmal fuel economy (11-13 in the city depending on the city and usage of remote engine start, 22 Highway which isn't shabby), Sluggish acceleration, tight rear space, The older 4.0 inline six was better

Technology in this vehicle is awesome. I got the Summit edition with Uconnect package. Through the APP I can forward addresses to the Jeep GPS for showing clients homes to sell. Saves me time!

This was an impulsive purchase late in the day on a Sunday afternoon. Came with a 2020 Lexus RX 350 Premium, and left with a 2023 BMW X5 45E. Joy are sales associate was excellent during the whole process she was attentive, knowledgeable, and very pleasant, which makes the process more palatable. The staff as a whole was great. Love the new car, it's a lot of fun. Appreciate the whole staff, we were their late and the last ones to leave the building, and even though I'm sure they were tired. They still maintained there enthusiasm!! Will be back for our next car purchase!!

The costumer service was great. I brought my car in and my rental car was ordered. It was big enough to serve my needs. The next morning, my car was done. Everything went smoothly. The bestseller, nothing extra in repairs was pushed on me, I was just advised to have my brakes checked.

We special ordered the 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee Trailhawk. The vehicle is all black inside and out. The paint is a Diamond Gloss Black Metalic. The day after delivery we had the entire finish done with Ceramic Coating. We've had this vehicle for a year and the fit and finish is like new. The Ride is tight and still handles great. Fuel mileage is now 21 City. We're sorry to see they will no longer produce this vehicle!!

Needing to get a new car right now during the Covid-19 crisis was not ideal to say the least... Worrying about the usual BS of buying a new car is stressful enough! Thank you to Brandon, who, despite having to run the place almost entirely on his own (due to the crisis restrictions), always responded promptly, and professionally, and negotiated a better deal than I could have expected given my circumstances. We dealt mostly over the phone and by email/text to reduce contact while discussing which vehicles I was interested in and what I could afford. I could even joke that I never saw his face since he was wearing a mask and gloves when I came to test drive the vehicle and sign the paperwork lol. Out of all of my car buying experiences (being five in total now) this was the most unique, stress free, and enjoyable experience I’ve ever had!

I love so much Jeep cars and they are reliable and heavy duty, my concern is about lights I offen replace them, oil cooling system, shocks and water circulation. Other that this is a number 1 car. I love it.
